Food is alright I mean it's jack in the box it's all the same essentially, although the quality here is somehow worse. The service is such a let down every time. They come off as if you have done something wrong by having the audacity to order food? It's a buzzard experience these people are terrible. Jack in the box was always a fast food standard for me because it is cost effective. But since moving into this area I have learned to eat other places because this one is always a terrible experience

Ordered two double jacks, fries, and four tacos. Burger patties were dry. Not enough mayo or ketchup. Burger was dry even with veggies. Fries were ok. Tacos were good. I like my fries and tacos with ranch. I asked for 4 ranches, they could only provide 2 and charge for more. Very disappointing. They don't need to be so stingy. Every other fast food chain will give extra ranch without hesitation.

They have the "open" signs inside and they still don't answer even if you talk to them through the window at night, there were at least 3 people inside and no one cares to help me when it is supposed to be open 24 hours and the "open" signs are there "
