Went here before a Ducks game. Fast and easy reservations. Our group had drinks and dinner. Of course meals are peeped in advance but my Nashville chicken was good but a bit to early prepared. A bit on the cool side and chewy. Yes they were fast and attentive but wish it felt a bit more fresh.

Very poor service, poorly managed, kitchen was backed up , ordered a beer and it was delivered to wrong table, waited 20 minutes before getting it, appetizer was delivered with my meal, my wife never received her meal, asked to speak to manager, he was in view in the kitchen, never responded to what I had to say, we paid for what we did get and left, very disappointed and would not recommend this place. Can’t imagine what would it be like if they were busy!Vegetarian options: Very minimal selections, salmon, salad, shrimp (which was out of stock)

I just wanted to thank all the women and young ladies (the hosts and waitress) who helped my mother tonight. My mom was in a terrible situation and very distraught during the ducks game due to her date. I appreciate everyone talking to my mother, giving her a drink and doing everything in your powers to help my mom out while I was in traffic coming to pick her up.May everyone have a blessed night and a wonderful rest of the year.Thank you ?

Made reservations for 09/26 for 3 VIPs, two from out of town. They arrive early and the restaurant was closed 'for a one day renovation'. I was mortified. When I tried contacting the restaurant direct by leaving a voicemail, email and message via social media NO response was received.JT Schmid feel free to contact me.

Sitting at outside bar. At a seat and bartender taking stand up line customers. Ignoring the bartop entirely. After sitting 10 min not being acknowledged. Stood in 10 min line and told the bartender 3 couples on far end were ignored. Bartender said oh yeah, only helping walk up line. But she never told any customers sitting at the bar or acknowledged them.

While attending an Angels game for the first time, my hotel recommended this place for dinner before the game. The place was not too packed before the game. The draft beer selection was good. The service felt like it was just going through the motions, where I had to ask for silverware and napkins after I got my food. I ordered a Nashville Chicken Sandwich, which was not as good as I have gotten at other places. Just seemed like they poured some sauce over the the chicken and called it a Nashville chicken sandwich. Waitress never really came back to checkup on me and had to flag her for another beer.

Went to go before a NF concert, wanted to be ahead of the game because I understand it was going to be busy. Made a reservation online and when I got there they sat me down pretty fast. Me and my sister were ready to place the order as soon as we sat down. We got our drinks and everything went well. 30 minutes later Jonathan, the waiter came over and told us unfortunately our meal was not pressed through to the chief he was going to comp the order for us but at that time we needed to leave. I wish they would have gave us more updates through the cooking process so we could known that it never got pressed through. He said he would comp. the order for us but we had no time to stay for another 30 minutes. I understand this place was busy at this time but communication would have been nice!

We stop by for a concert. Our server was a very helpful and polite and did a few recommendations. The Texas Twinkies were my favorite dish. We had a Peruvian sandwich but it was not that great. The wings were a little bit too salty but the ceviche was pretty flavorful. I had a few beers, a blond and an IPA and the IPA won. LolI saw people that ordered pizza and it look very tasty, kind of regret that, but overall it was a very good experience.

Was told that our party has to sit outside at night when it was cold because I have a service dog and they didn’t want my dog’s hair to get into anyone’s food nor my dog to have a potty accident. They clearly don’t know what service dogs are.We waited an unusual length of time for our food. Patrons came after us, we served, and left and we still hadn’t received our order. The staff had a bad attitude, sighing and rolling their eyes when we requested to speak with the manager. The manager is clueless regarding the laws for service dogs.We ended up leaving and going to a restaurant down the street. We had a terrible experience and will never return. It deserves zero stars.

Terrible customer service, horrible food, atrocious wait times when place was not crowded. We had reservations. The hostess was rude enough to smack her lips and roll her eyes because we asked to see the manager regarding an issue. We waited while other customers came in after us, ordered, received their food, and left before we even received our food.We ended up leaving and finding another restaurant to celebrate.Worst restaurant experience ever. We will never return.

Unable to serve order for a table of 4 after 1.5 hours yet many tables around us were served. They have reduced their menu offerings in the last year and you would think it allow them to prepare the food they offer. Too bad there is not a zero star rating! Second time I experienced this type of lack of service!

Came here for lunch around 1, and we were able to be seated fairly quickly (though we also had a reservation). The staff here are super friendly, and the food is delicious. That being said, the prices are quite expensive. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was $22 alone (didn't order a drink). The sandwich was really big, really delicious, and loved that they toasted the buns, but didn't exactly love the prices. If you've got money to spend, definitely come here though for the atmosphere and the food. It also has convenient access to Honda Center, the metro station, and also nearby Angels Stadium. One other complaint I have is the parking situation. There's a space in the bag for the restaurant, but it's behind a toll meter, which I was afraid I had to pay for, but the arm lifted up and let me in and didn't give me a ticket, though I'm not sure this will apply to everyone coming in. I think the parking situation needs to be explained a little, but that's just my personal opinion.Other than that, food, atmosphere, and access to the facilities is reason enough to stop by.Parking: Has an unmanned, machine toll, unsure about payment. But plenty of parking otherwise.

We visited here on Game day. Traveled from British Columbia to see the Canucks play the Ducks and stopped here for dinner. The food was amazing and service was wonderful. Definitely the place to be on game day. Directly across from Honda Center makes it a natural choice. The atmosphere was awesome and infill Definitely return if in the area again.
