Love they can make a shrimp torta! For those of us that eat seafood but not meat. Good selection of Mexican food for vegetarians and pescatarians :) Great little local restaurant, really nice people.

Best tortas, tacos, fundido... everything I've had the chance to try on their menu is so delicious and authentic. This is a small business run a by a very kind man and his family. I will gladly and eagerly continue to come back here. Just writing this now makes me want to eat one of there delicious carne asada tortas with a large fresh Jamaica drink. ‍

OMG... The food here is delicious!! Amazing chef and family recipes. My girlfriend and I ordered the Alambres Kahlo (cheezy goodness I would get every time), Huarache de asada (tastes as good as it looks), and Emoladas de pollo (not pictured). Tacos are nicely priced and got some to go.Dining area is small (only about 24 people can fit inside), but still didn't have any trouble getting a table. I enjoyed the Spanish music choices. The quality of the food is better than some of the restaurants with a fancier atmosphere. Their salsas are spot-on and they go very well with their food. The incredibly beautiful server (someone please offer her a modeling opportunity*), was so nice and helpful in offering suggestions what is good. Look forward to coming back. Highly recommend. 10/10*To owner, have Cenobia model as Kahlo for marketing and artwork inside the restaurant or talk about or present the food on your IG (how I found out about the restaurant). She is gorgeous. Looks like, but is even more gorgeous than, Carmen from the L Word (Sarah Shahi). She could be the restaurant icon to bring people in and the amazing food will keep them coming back.

Here for the first time and let me tell you ur was delicious! I can't wait to try the menudo on the weekends. It's a cute but small locale family run and the menu has plenty to offer. I highly recommend. I had a huarache de tripas and it was excellent. Husband had a chicken a la plancha plate and it was very tasty.

Kahlo has great reviews so I wanted to see what it was all about.. and they did not disappoint! Their tacos are so good and the price is right! Their service is great.. Don't waste your money and time searching anywhere else. Give Kahlo a try and you will not regret it! And, they are conveniently located across Villains brewery...

So glad I found this local hidden gem, just got the carnitas burrito, BCR burrito & asada queso taco. Best I've had in the area by far

This place was the bomb! We came here craving Mexican food and it surely delivered. It wasn't packed at all and the place was nicely decorated. We ordered at the front and sat down. The food came pretty quickly in my opinion and it smelled amazing! I ordered the carnitas quesotaco (no picture) and it was amazing! The only problem I had, was that the whole menu is in Spanish and I don't read Spanish so I used google translate to help me. But if you know Spanish, I don't think it will be a problem to you. Overall an amazing place and I would HIGHLY recommend. P.S: I was with my family when I came so the pictures is their food.
