Did Kapitbahay change ownership? Everything was different the last two times we went there for take out Filipino food! The pinakbet was not Pinoy-style pinakbet; very bland and lack the unusual veggie-bagoong-meat fine mix!We also ordered Tochong Bangus; the bangus they used were the 6-inch milkfish, and didn’t taste good at all.Mostly we go there for their goodly tasting & crunchy garlic peanut, but now the peanuts are salty, no longer crunchy and the garlics were burnt!What...read full review
