This place is not it. I came in at 2:30 and there was only a few pieces of chicken. I asked for tenders and the guy said he would cook on demand but insisted I take what was there. The chicken was typical greasy and bland. Don't waste your time just go to KFC.

Not what it used to be. Tasteless now, from my past experiences. Last year, there chicken was GOOD! This time, I ordered 8 pieces for $22.03 on April 13. Had them make fresh chicken as the scrawlers that were under the hot lamps looked lost, baked. She was nice and told me about 12 min wait for fresh. So I'm already in $20 for 8 pieces of chicken!! This beter be like it is in Oakland, San Jose, Bay Area. I'm excited to get this taste. Get home, have my fix-ins and take a bite.....So disappointed! So flavorless and a little over cooked. I'm pissed as I could have spent my money at Popeyes' and gotten better. I will not go back to Crispy Chicken Kitchen - Anaheim.

So the moral of this rant  once you place your order, make sure you call them and let them know.When it comes to leaving a negative review for a restaurant, I’m not a big fan of it. However, this is an ongoing issue with this facility. I ordered a bucket of 12 pieces 25 minutes ago before arriving. I know it’s not Popeyes or KFC and have the chicken ready, that‘s why their menu is pricey, and I paid over $50.00. When I arrived at the store to pick up my bucket 30 minutes later, the guy told me he ran out of paper in the ordering machine, which caused him not to receive my order. So I requested a refund so I could leave because I knew it would take them about 30 minutes to make it.Their response was I had to contact clover myself to request a refund. I have never contacted a credit card company to request a refund. So, in the end, I had no other option except to wait 30 minutes for them to prepare and cook my chicken, even though he told me it would take him 15 minutes.PS when I arrived at the store, the cashier was busy on his phone, watching videos, yet when he finalized my order in the machine, the paper did print it.So the moral of this rant  once you place your order, make sure you call them and let them know. NO LONGER A KRISPY KRUNCH CHICKEN. It used to be and they changed the food but won't remove the branding of Krispy Krunch. The new food is cheap and awful tasting. Yet it's the same price as Krispy Krunch. Ridiculously overpriced chicken strips. Should not be allowed to use the Krispy Krunch branding for that awful Kens branded chicken strips
