TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order online for pick up because when my sister and I typically go to LA Michoacanas as white Latinas who don't speak Spanish, but understand most of it; we get treated with bad faces and attitude. Today was one of those experiences, even though I tried spending little time there by ordering online. Natalia G. was on the receipt as our cashier tonight 2/4/2024. She gave us attitude as soon as we tried to order two more scoops of ice cream (since I didn't see my flavor online) and I let her know I placed an order online. I gave her my name and she asked what I ordered. I let her know my order, part of it was a medium esquite and then I was charged $3 extra for an x-large esquite. Natalia stated she only had one size of corn and couldn't return our money, so we asked for a small cup of the esquite to compensate for the extra money spent she kept arguing with us she only had one size, and then eventually she finally gave us a smaller size than the one we got, so why did she say she only had one size? But we went home with two containers of different sizes. Then I asked her for a lid and she refused stating she didn't have a lid for it (it was pouring rain outside). We checked to see if the lid from the other cup fits and it did. She gave us rude faces the whole time, talked with an absolutely terrible tone and then refused us helps. Was this not a racist situation? Or is Natalia just rude??? Either way she needs to learn customer service, or just get fired for the sake of the company. No one needs to be rude to people trying to feed their family. I shop at your store so you get paid to feed your family. We are ALL equal. Why did Natalia have to be so rude? And why is it we are always treated and greeted with bad facial features when we come in to a La Michoacana; because we are light skinned? We are Latina, but that shouldn't matter. EVERYONE ON THIS PLANET IS THE SAME. PLEASEEE be kind to people and treat them like you'd like to be treated, Natalia.

I'd suggest going to a different location or a different establishment overall if you want better customer service!! My sister and I place an online order and wanted to order more, when we shared this information to the staff we were welcomed with attitude instead of a kind one. Then when I saw the staff member looking at our order she wouldn't stop harassing us with questions like "YOU placed an order" (with a rude facial expression; don't know what she'd be questioning when we just made that statement), she then double checked the name on the order which I could understand for confirmation, however, after giving her the correct name she then proceeded to make us go over our entire order before she was happy ( I can understand you need to confirm the order but it just seemed they didn't believe us no matter what, even though they had visible proof!) On top of that unwelcoming experience, we ordered an extra large esquite and were charged an additional $3-$3.50 for the upgrade but the staff kept telling us they don't offer one. Instead of having good customer service and at least trying to figure out a solution they just said "I don't know how to give you a refund". I stepped in saying " okay so can we have a smaller esquite for the additional charge". The staff replied "we don't have a smaller cup". I repeated " so you will take our money but not provide additional product?!". They processed to make a smaller cup for us; then we received the item with no lid we asked for one they said they don't have one that fits. I tried the lid on the larger esquite and the lid fits both sizes, I truly believe they were just done helping us plus it was raining so that got all over my food So overall not only was the staff unwelcoming, willing to lie to the customer, and they are willing to steal our money without providing additional product until I mentioned something Just a very unpleasant experience when all we wanted was to give this business our money!

Simply delicious ? but it is always saturated, they take years to ship, especially in this place, they are very slow and apart from being very expensive in Paris, otherwise it is good, they need good training in moving hands, favorites sorbet of ? eggnog and vanilla popsicles, strawberries with nachod cream

I went to this Michoacana and ordered Strawberries with cream but what they put on the strawberries was flavored milk and they didn't even add honey with coconut and raisins. In other stores in La Michoacana the cream they put on the strawberries is thicker and yes They put the toppings on it.

I like the ice cream on this location but the prices they are so bad! One ice cream for about $10 bucks, not even the big size I can enjoy from time to time. Imagine when you bring your family, which is about $50 or more, everything costs too much. Dinero guys

I walked in, and nobody welcomed me... I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody asked if I needed any assistance. As soon as another person walked in, they got acknowledged and I was still ignored. If you're looking to get treated with respect, don't walk in here. I felt biased from the employee. The service in here failed. DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE.
Worst service ever! Literally had to stand there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. They attended everyone else but us.

Great service, expect to be in line for a minute and ice cream definitely is a 10/10. Place is kept clean at all times. Although ice cream is delicious it is definitely pricey. I only visit when I am really craving their ferrero rocher ice cream, otherwise I'd be spending about $40 each visit.

Went in today to buy esquite and few cups of fruit the lady would not give me lids she kept sayin no they didn't have any I told her they were right there amd she refused to give me lids after I told her clearly they were right there she said no I was going to buy 5 but was forced to buy only two and she but my stuff in bags

the employees here are rude, ignore you as you come in, and they don't use gloves, i saw them making crepes and just touching them , they go about scooping ice cream, charging customers, and then touch the crepes?
