Well I'm from Bakersfield,CA and Everytime I'm in LA or Anaheim it's a most have pizza loca. Always good and fresh and the price amazing. The location it's a be sketchy especially at night

I placed an order yesterday night paid for the order and I never got my order delivered. I tried calling and calling and no answer. Until today I called in the morning they answered and there response was to call back again today at 4pm when the manager comes in. I called again and they said that manager was on break. They just keep making excuses. I just need my refund. Very bad customer service

Haven't eaten here in years and I will not be eating here again! As soon as we got the pizza in the car it had a funky smell to it almost like old cheese or something. When we got home and opened the box it looked good visually but after taking a few bites it just didn't taste right! It tasted like they used expired ingredients! I didn't even finish the slice I grabbed. My boyfriend on the other hand was hungry and continued eating it but soon after stopped saying that the ham tasted weird I told him he should stop eating it before he got sick. I don't know it just wasn't good at all. Super overpriced as well and it's not even good. We will not be going back.

With the economy being as bad as it is, this place still puts a good amount of toppings on your pizza. I went to little Ceasars to order a pepperoni pizza with half pepperoni with mushrooms and the other half with pepperoni and bacon, and they put a little bit of mushrooms and a little bit of bacon. I am guessing because the prices of products have gone up. But Pizza Loca still puts a lot of mushrooms, pepperoni, and bacon on your pizza.

Haven't eaten here in years and I will not be eating here again! As soon as we got the pizza in the car it had a funky smell to it almost like old cheese or something. When we got home and opened the box it looked good visually but after taking a few bites it just didn't taste right! It tasted like they used expired ingredients!
