It's a wonderful step into a island shop. The workers give a welcome to my island place. And serve a wonderful rib plate. The bbq flower ribs were cooked to a tender, fall off the bone beef rib. Get the Mac salad too.

I saw a Video about this place and it looked so good that about 5 days later I found myself in the area on Business and had to do it. So my thinking was to get what I was told in the Video, Beef Rib Plate. I had to try the Kalbi Plate so I got that too. If Tim me two or three days but I got through it. ? First, the Beef Ribs. Tender, andseasoned well but damn the Char on the Bed Rings go to be too much by the second Rib. It started tasting as if it was burned. When I opened the plate for the first time I thought they burned. Anyway, Mac Salad was ok and the Rice was white. The Kalbi was making Music in my mouth. Tender, Marined and very tasty. I could do that again. On that Plate, again, the Mac Salad was just ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again but if I'm the area I would give them a try. Customer Service was professional, and attentive. They had great suggestions too. Till the next one Y'allhollaatchaboy!

Place is only good for take out.What sit down resturant has no restrooms for customers ?!?!? Where you have to go to the next business ( you have to cross the parking lot ) and ask to use their restrooms.

1st visit there. It was ok at best. I got a simple beef bowl. The flavor was good but it was over shadowed by the parts of the beef that was inedible/unable to chew. If I can't chew it I'm not ingesting it. I also got the spam musubi which was good. The pork bun was not. It was too sweet for my taste. I wouldn't go back but hopefully it's not like that all the time for others.
I drove All the way from Chino Hills after I seen this place on Instagram. I am very picky person and I was kind worried about the food before I try. Lady on Cash register beautiful and kindly help me about my order. Nothing to talk more, this place bomb. Beef ribs super tasty. You definitely should try.

Always good the beef ribs are always delicious, sometimes you might get a bone with thin meat but that's rare. BEEF RIB Falls off the bone, IS full of flavor and the sides (rice and Polynesian Mac salad) compliment the ribs so well. Also they have dole whip!! The perfect dessert ?? sorry I don't have a picture I ate everything pretty fast.

I live in vegas and placed an order for your Tropicana location, I noticed my mistake and called the Anaheim location and spoke to a female and told her the situation and simply told her I made the mistake I wanna cancel my order before the cooks make the food and it goes to waste or I waste their time in making the food. She said ok I will cancelThe order BUT THE REFUND you have to call back on that . I said ok and call the Tropicana location let them know what happened and they said the same thing about my refund I said ok I’ll figure out my refund later but I wanna make sure I cancel that order! I call the Anaheim location again and speak with the same female and now we have a problem! I wanted to make sure we canceled the food before they have someone pick up food that I paid for! And now look it makes sense someone picked up the food that I paid for after I was told it would be cancelled! After I asked for a manager she said oh she’s not available! Either I get my $177.00 refund or we go to court over your Anaheim store employee who would rather steal $177.00 from your customer!!!! ISSUE MY REFUND! This is why Polynesian owned businesses can’t prosper because of individuals like you Ms. Ma’am that wanted to take my $177.00!
