On our way to Knotts bery farm ?. we saw a McDonald's ahead, so we decided to stop and eat . The place was well maintained and cleaned. The place was very slow and had 3 customers, including our family . We waited at the register to order our food 2 min, and it seemed like forever. I told my daughter to use the self ordering machine ? even though I hate those things. Halfway thru our order for 4 people, and I finally saw a person who came to help the person who was ahead of us at the register. Needless to say, the workers were not friendly ?.

As I was in line to order an iced coffee in the morning , I also received an Uber eats for pick up and I was in a long line with drive through. I couldn't get out now so I waited & when I got to the speaker they refused to allow me to pick up the Uber eats so I said then I'm not ordering from here and the manager at the window wouldn't let me talk. She said to get out of the car and for me to walk in but I had already waited and it would be longer and I was here for me in the first place. She wouldn't let me speak and was yelling over me not allowing me to be heard and the heavy young girl beside her was laughing and waving bye like telling me to leave. I couldn't believe that's how they treat people. I'm a customer too. I will never go to that location. They are so out of line and didn't need to act like children. It was almost like she had previously right before me doubt with the same issue and took it out on me. Very poorly handled and a manager at that. I filed a formal complaint over the phone. This location is confrontational, becareful.

Restaurant was pretty dirty. Staff wasn't attending the front, bathrooms or dining area. It wasn't busy, actually it was slow. The one thing that was good was the portion size i got on the ice cream and fries, thank you.

Wow.... Received the crunchiest most hollow French fries I've ever got from this McDonald's. They are horrible. Usually this McDonald's has the best food and service, but it seems like the entire staff has changed. The girl at the drive thru could care less if our order was correct.

It's sad that I saw a homeless guy go to try to buy food and they closed the lobby and he asked if they can sell him food and they denied and told him to go threw drive-thru but he didn't have a car and all they said was to bad. So I drove to buy him food while I was doing Uber eats at the time. Those employees should be ashamed, what if it was them or one of their loved ones in that man's shoes. I will not go to that place again.
