We first ate here for our honeymoon about 2.5 years ago. We've talked about their food since and agreed it was a place we had to eat at if we came back. The food is every bit as amazing as we'd remembered. Staff is always so friendly and have great tips for visiting the park if you ask. Cannot recommend enough!

The food was amazing and the service was over and beyond. The staff who helped us on several occasions was always friendly, offered suggestions, and very attentive. I do like that you change the menu daily, however, I wish there were cheaper options for dinner. My favorite meal was the chilaquiles! So delicious.

Good food and service. Had to pay $42 to self park as they do not validate. I would not go again unless I was staying at the Marriott. It's ridiculous to pay that much for parking when I could have gone to another restaurant with free or much cheaper parking. They got me once but never again.

nFuse has not disappointed yet!! We eat there every time we are in town. Advance reservations defintely recommended; but, if you dont mind waiting, walk-ins can work out most of the time. The staff are efficient and friendly and make the experience enjoyable - they care. The food tastes great too - we had the chips and warm manchego cheese, the beet salad, the chicken sandwich and the veggie burger. All tasted great. It is a busy place, but has always worked out well.
Overall, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Despite the lack of crowd, we waited over 30 minutes for our table, only to find out that the preset menu we had chosen was not available. The price had changed, and the food, especially the steaks, didn't seem cooked to order and lacked flavor. The ambiance felt more Instagram-worthy than enjoyable, and for the price, it was definitely overrated. The highlight was the drinks.

The food is fine, service okay but the big thing is their bar stools at the back tables. They are the most uncomfortable chairs ever. I can’t believe a hotel that commands over $500 per night actually has these back breaking chairs that feel like you are going to slide off! And we aren’t the only ones! Several customers are saying the same thing!! Fortunately, a nice waiter dragged over bar stools that were a bit better, but he even acknowledged that there have been lots of complaints.
Nice and classy venue when you search it online. It turns out to be the breakfast room for the Marriott, turned into a restaurant. Service attentive but completely incompetent, pouring a bottle of wine in four glasses, leaving 3 guests without a drink. Mains were served while we still had our starters. Food was ok, service ruined the evening. Maybe fine for breakfast.

Went to nFuse on Christmas for a cocktail and a bite during the afternoon. I sat at the bar and the bartender (Fernando, I think was his name) was very knowledgeable. Top notch service. The nFuse Double Old Fashioned was quick tasty.I also got the Centrel Valley Beet Salad. It was really good. I also ordered the Apple Crostata that came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.nFuse has always been consistent with the service and food for the many years I've visited there

We were guests for nine days at the hotel. nFuse is expensive and the prices were hard to manage over such a long stay. Example: our breakfast for two (which was complimentary because we were concierge level) totaled $98 for eggs, toast, coffee and water. (I asked for the ticket so I could tip our server). The service was GREAT! Worth 30%. The quality of food was great. Recommend the lamb chops, the chips and manchego, the roasted veggies, omelettes. We ate breakfast and dinner here on multiple days. The flavors are solid, the presentation is lovely, and the food is well prepared. As a hotel restaurant, the restaurant has an upscale feel but is a bit noisy, despite the excellent, chill music vibe. Will return.
