The food we had ordered from here was actually very delicious. The reason why I am giving this location 3 stars is because of the service. We had a mix up with a family meal promotion going on because they didn’t know what we were talking about, which is fine. We ended up needing to order the food online to receive the deal so while my friend was placing the order I was asking them if I could separately order 3 drinks and 2 Ragoons. I could tell they got a little annoyed because we didn’t realize the promotion was online pickup only. They picked up my drink cups multiple times, put them away, called and asked another employee about their watermelon beverage that we wanted. Additionally, while we were waiting by the cash register watching them go back and forth I heard the employees complaining to each other about each other. A lot of low talking about one another and how someone doesn’t know what they are doing. It was actually very upsetting because they took sooo long to give me 3 drinks and 2 orders of ragoons. I waited at the cash register for a long time while they kept getting other peoples orders and ignoring my order. While I kept waiting I even heard other customers wondering why they were taking so long with their orders because they kept mixing them up. Overall, I just wouldn’t want to return to that location.

When boxing, the staff's fingers touched my food, which was gross. No apologies were offered. Overall, the experience was disappointing and left me with a negative impression of the establishment. A bit pricy for medium size of veggie.

The food is usually cooked well the problem is the ridiculous servings of the sides they barely serve you any chow mein or rice for the price. They are taught to put a small serving then reach in and take a tiny few more noodles to look like they served from the noodles twice….but they just move the noodles around like it’s going to spill out but it ‘s just theatrics…..? sucks because like I said food is good

I ordered an order online and came to pick it up at the restaurant, upon arrival they didn’t even start preparing it, they ignored me and served everyone except me! The order was delivered late, which negatively affected my work! I don’t recommend ordering from them online, they won’t put you at risk!

Every time i go in here there is some problem. The food trays are always empty and the food left over in the trays look old and overcooked. The food looks like left over trash thats been sitting out all day. I asked if they can make me fresh food. The server said they wouldn't make more if there was food already out. It looked like a spoonful of food in each tray. I decided to leave rather than be server that left over trash. The service here is low class. Save yourself the trouble. The Panda in Fullerton has full trays of fresh food. Avoid this location at all costs, its dirty and nasty! The pictures on here are staged. The trays are empty, every time i go in there im looking at dirty looking spoon-fulls of old food and they think im gonna eat that trash. I walked out!!!

Walked in here at 9 this location closes at 10, and they were all closing everything down and had nothing, no Teriyaki Chicken, no beef broccoli, no shrimp, no Cream cheese wontons and no egg rolls neither chicken or veggies I ask how long it'll be they say 5 minutes and proceed to charge me for my food then I sit down and wait for my food which doesn't come out for at least 25 minutes, honestly is just ridiculous.
