If it was possible to give negative stars, I certainly would.Hands down the most disgusting pizza I've ever eaten. Tasted as if it was made with stale and expired ingredients. Horrible.

most of these workers have zero to no experience on customer service ! they will pay no attention to there customers specially the tall caucasian baker he will mark your order as being done and not have it even started ! ! will not order from here again

Meal-2. Way it was made-4.Although the side sauce for my boneless wings was omitted, overall my meal was made well (large 3-topping and boneless wings) so 4 stars for preparation. HOWEVER, go for the bone-in wings. I don't know what those boneless things are supposed to be but way worse than any frozen nuggets. And the breading...gross. You will regret boneless. I rate them a 1 on flavor and texture. The pizza was made well but still did not rate above a 3. Go for pickup/carry out. If you pay for this, and then pay the exorbitant delivery fees and, on top of it, you will feel robbed. My $32 order quickly became $48 leaving another bad taste in my mouth because it was NOT worth it.

Put in an order for 3 items under $50. Chose cash payment as my option in the app. The order went through just fine. Someone called me within 3 mins of placing the order saying if I didn't prepay with a card I couldn't order. Online there was an option to pay cash. I only have cash. Didn't know we were living in a cashless society. I've been waiting on hold for 15 mins to get a manager's name and the persons name I spoke with. Amazing service. Btw the person on the phone refused to give me his name after keeping me on hold then took the phones off the hook for 15 mins. Best customer service experience ever.

Ordered large epic stuffed crust. Notified manager cheese did not taste the same & that My grandson And I are having stomach problems right after eating the pizza. I told her I was not complaining to get a free pizza just notifying her of the facts. She said "I don't think that's the case because Noone else has called tonight, thanks noted have a great day "And hung up. very rude & could care less. Ppl please let your pizza place know immediately of any concern. Because of her blatant carelessness she has lost a good customer.

So I ordered online Thursday evening for pick up Friday morning. An hour before I pick up, got this message that my order has been canceled due to an "error". I called the store and they are not helpful at all. The lady told me to go back to the website to order - the website that canceled my order for not a very clear reason. Since it is for business lunch, that means I had to scramble to find another place. I don't think I can trust them. Too bad. I used to like Papa John's. But probably not again.
