If I could I’d give zero stars. Papa John’s stole my money. The store claimed they voided my order. I have called the store and customer service line multiple times and even filed a better business bureau complaint and no one has gotten back to me. I am truly disappointed. All I want is my money back or credit.

My work ordered pizza from here for our Halloween party. I did not know what to expect, as it had been at least a decade since I had pizza from this chain. They ordered the works, pepperoni, and cheese. I went with plain cheese. It was yummy. I would eat it again. I wasn't the one who made the order, but there seemed to be no complaints on service.

The employees here are friendly and quick to complete my order. It took like less than 15 minutes. Great service and cleanliness. HOWEVER... something must have gone wrong in the kitchen because the marinara sauce felt too fresh and under-ovened and, most importantly, this was the least amount of cheese I've seen in any pizza I've ever had. I tried to have the pizza within 5 minutes of freshly picking it up and it had no cheese pull what so ever. Something must have gone wrong in the kitchen because this can't be right

Called to place a order first the lady put me on hold and after 8 mins she disconnected. I called again to place a order the lady on the phone was rude. she was yelling at me . no customer skills need to be fired. lot of people looking for job. Never going there. Embarrassment for the establishment.

The two employees I worked with were friendly, one of them being really invested, so this isn't about them.But, two times in a row, they failed to deliver the order, and I do mean, they just didn't deliver the order, but charged my card. When I called, no one answered. I had to actually drive to the store to put in the refund. Come on.The second time someone picked up on my second call, and they refunded my card. So why didn't they deliver the food? First time they were really short staffed. Second time the driver actually knocked on the wrong door, assumed no one was home, then marked the order as "delivered" and texted me to say it was delivered. I called the store and the store confirmed it WAS NOT delivered. So the driver was just going to mark it as delivered, and what, keep the food? Not only that, I left specific instructions for 'contactless delivery' which means they are to just leave it on the porch, but the driver ignored the instructions, knocked on the wrong door, and didn't leave it on the porch. Did everything exactly 180 degrees from how it should be done.So, I'm giving up on these guys. Their food isn't bad, when you can get it.

We waited 1.5 hrs for a single large pizza. They kept telling us our pizza will be ready in 6-7 min but we ended up waiting 1.5 hrs.

A wonderfully pleasant gentleman delivered our order. It was so thoughtful to provide a couple plates, some napkins and such for those of us in a hotel. I would be happy to order from this location again.
