Stopped by their pop up at my Paramount Apartment and got this awesome little combo for 14$ with a drink. Food is really good, never had Indonesian but I like it. The textures in the noodles are delicious and there's little sides of fermented veggies, crispy garlic, and a spicy little chilli. All the flavors are good and there's a great portion size. Parisj van Java Kitchen offers a delightful Indonesian culinary experience that's hard to forget. I recently indulged in their Pempek and Java Chicken Mushroom Noodles. This place is an oasis in the culinary desert for those that want to experience Indonesian food. I'm an Indo (Dutch/Indonesia) that grew up eating Indonesia food. But today, the options in Orange County are practically non-existent ... until now. I had a chance to try a variety of their offerings and they were all great. Moreover, Lianna is absolutely delightful.
