This joint is lit with good service and excellent quick casual dinning. You order your own bowl made from scratch. The food is fresh and tastes so good. The servers know their goods and make recommendations that are on point.

Been coming here for almost 10 years now and it’s my absolute favorite poki place. The service is super friendly. The place is always clean. Parking can sometimes be hard to find on the weekends when it’s busy but it’s definitely worth it. Thanks Pokinometry ❤️

The fish is fresh, and their serving sizes are generous and well priced compared to other locations. I love that it's not an extra charge for imitation crab or avocado!! I recommend getting their spicy miso sauce. The staff are always super chill and they have a rewards program so if you go often you'll eventually get some freebies.

Disappointing Decline from Former GloryAs I walked into the once bustling and beloved restaurant, nostalgia washed over me, bringing back memories of the days when this place was the go-to spot for an exceptional dining experience. However, my recent visit during peak dinner hours on a Monday night was dishearteningly desolate, with no sign of the previous crowds that used to line up eagerly. The downward spiral was evident, and it began with the glaringly lackluster portion sizes.Having ordered a large poke bowl, I was dismayed to be presented with a portion so small it could be likened to a mere half fraction of my little finger. Inflation? This drastic decrease in serving size since its heyday felt like a betrayal to the loyal patrons who once frequented the establishment. Reviewing old photos on Yelp confirmed my suspicions, highlighting the stark disparity in what was once offered compared to the SKIMPY servings of today. To compound the disappointment, the issue of limited parking, with only street options available, further dampened the overall experience. In the past, the inconvenience of finding a parking spot was somewhat mitigated by the promise of an exceptional meal. Yet, the minuscule portion combined with the parking predicament rendered the entire endeavor underwhelming, to say the least. Moreover, the amazing display of free Wi-Fi as a noteworthy feature seemed somewhat out of touch in the digital age, where most establishments readily provide this amenity without fanfare. Such marketing tactics felt outdated and out of sync with the current culinary landscape. FREE WI-FI IS EVERYWHERERegrettably, this once thriving eatery appears to have lost its way, succumbing to an unfortunate decline that has left it a shadow of its former self. While the memories of the vibrant, bustling spot remain cherished, the reality of the present day experience is a stark contrast. It is my hope that the management takes note and endeavors to reclaim the former glory that once made this place an iconic culinary destination. At least the taste is kinda still the same like before.

Pokinometry is a great place for poke! It's among my absolute favorite places to get poke. The moment you step into Pokinometry, you're welcomed by various cool artwork. Also every time I been here, it's always so cold inside, so beware if you get cold easily! The freshness of the ingredients is evident from the very start. The selection of protein seems clean and organized. The array of colorful, high-quality fish, along with their creative combinations of sauces and toppings, ensures that every making of your poke bowl is a delightful adventure for your taste buds. I always get a medium bowl (about $14) with their scallop, yellow tail, salmon and it never tasted fishy at all. While most of my visits have been great, I do have to mention a slight hiccup that has occurred on occasion. The white rice, a crucial component of any good poke bowl, has sometimes been over cooked, leading to a mushy consistency. It's unfortunate because when the rice isn't perfectly prepared, it can affect the entire meal. But, I must emphasize that these instances aren't frequent, it does happen time to time.Overall, Pokinometry is a must-visit destination for poke lovers in Orange County. The incredible variety, freshness, and toppings in their dishes make it an enjoyable experience, and I'll keep returning, hoping that the rice consistency will improve with time.

This is the place that started the poke bowl craze. Build Your Own Bowl (BYOB) model.Freshly cubed raw fish with house sauces, fruit and vegetable fixings, Pickled ginger, furikake, crab salad, seaweed salad, etc all served on your choice of salad or rice. Heaven!!!

I've had poke bowls at other places that made me want to go back for seconds.... but not here. It was kind of flavorless and bland. They have good variety of topings and decent service so I'll give them that.

Quick togo/dine-in fresh poke place with average price.Quite decent and it's fresh. As you would expect from any good poke place it's not fancy but as long as the food is delicious it's worth going. Quick in and out and more recommended for simple lunch even dinner. Not a lot of tables to sit, but also not crowded either.Service is quick.Medium bowl was a little above $15 but it's inflation price so no surprises.
