Asked dark roast. They ran out and asked me if it’s okay to switch to Pike Place bean. Accepted and this is what I got. This has to be a double cup. I usually get double cup almost every single time when I ordered brewed coffee. Not Americano. The bottom was soaked and I don’t feel good because it got leaked out and coffee water was everywhere inside my car cup holder.

The "women" especially the one with the buzz cut type hair and the morbidly obese one are unprofessional and extremely rude. They got the order wrong (surprise surprise) when I kindly asked them to correct the order they immediately got defensive and started arguing. If you hate your miserable lives because you'll never amount to anything higher than a barista just quit. Not just the job, everything.

I love Starbucks and they make great drinks. Was visiting the area not far from Disneyland , saw this Starbucks and used the drive thru. This particular location had a long line, which could be because it just happens to be a busy area . The thing that i did not like and a couple of locations are doing it also, is that the cashier will hold the credit card reader while i swipe the card, will tell you to answer the question first which is asking tip amount, but they stand there watching to make sure that you have tipped them. I find that to be very uncomfortable, awkward, and even somewhat rude. It may not be their fault if this is how Starbucks is deciding to do it this way, but it must be awkward for the employee to have to stand there watching to see if you tip . I know it is for the customer. I have not seen this at all of the Starbucks, only some of them. A Tip is something given for good service, and it should not have to be pre-given before the total amount. The only way to solve this is to pay in cash and tip in cash which really is not fair to the customer. Starbucks please consider better customer service than to make a customer have to be watched if they put a tip or not. If a drink is made well and made quickly, yes it does deserve a tip, but only after the drink comes out.

What a joke! Ordered a grande gingerbread latte with Oatmilk and 2 pumps of syrup. They didn't even add the topping! Same with the other order for the sugar cookie latte, didn't add sprinkles, and added whipped cream when that drink doesn't even come with whipped cream and my fiancé didn't ask for whipped cream on his drink. This is such a joke. Don't order from this Starbucks, the baristas don't know what the f they're doing.

My friend and I came in here early this morning as socal traffic was lighter than usual. I was able to be my friend's "carpool dummy." We had time to stop here and were glad we did! The lady cashier was really nice and full of jokes. She made my morning fun and bright. The store was clean inside and out. Even though it's early, it was neat to see all the holiday items out to make the place look more vibrant in the late fall/early winter. I also love when they have an employee working outside the front counter, who hands out the drinks and food items instead of people all trying to touch everything while looking for their own orders. So, I ordered a Peppermint mocha hot coffee and a cranberry bliss bar to kick start my holiday order festivities. These did not disappoint! So delicious!!! So glad I got up early to take the ride here with my friend. This is a great location, with a great product and nice workers! Please stop in sometime!

FUCK this place!!! I order the pumpkin Chai latte with OAT milk. The dumbass that took my order wasn't paying attention to my order because she gave me regular milk. I'm allergic to milk that's why I order OAT milk. When my GF picked up my order she notice that they did not put OAT milk in my coffee so she asked nicely for them to put OAT milk in the order. The second moron who took back the order said she will redo the order and put OAT milk in my coffee. When she took it back she spoke to the idiot who took the order the first time that we order the coffee with OAT milk. They didn't replace the order but they return the coffee to us in the same gawd damn cup and say they did put OAT milk in it. The next day I had to call off from work because I wasn't feeling good and still not feeling good. Thanks you idiots at the Katella Starbucks for making me lose money today. For that I give a big F U!

This location is small but beautiful. The staff was really friendly and made me feel very welcome. The drinks came out fast and tasted great!Plenty of parking made the experience just that much better.Definitely recommend stopping in!
