Horrible Service! I had ordered ahead through the Starbucks app and went to go pick up the drinks. However, my mistake was that I did not know that that store location closed their lobby at 9pm. I parked and exited to ask one of the employees on how I could get my drinks; whether they could just hand me the drinks since it is already paid for or to pick it up through the drive thru. I was planning to apologize for the inconvenience since it was clearly my fault for not knowing what time their lobby closed. What I did not expect was to be treated harshly by the delivery woman and Starbucks worker. The delivery woman blocked and shoved me back from the door yelling and screaming at me "No! They closed!" And the lady worker(do not know if she is the night manager)even approved of such treatment to a customer. I calmly asked the woman to back off and to not touch me, explaining that all I wanted to do was ask a question. She still insisted to shove me back while the worker told me off "Well our lobby IS closed so you can't come in. All she is doing is protecting us." What am I? A mugger? I told her I understood that and that I wasn't planning on going in since their lobby is CLEARLY closed; I just wanted to ask how I could get my dang drink! It was to the point where I had to raise my voice over both of them yelling at me to ask my question. She finally points out that I could go through the drive thru. That is all I wanted to know! Simple answer to a small question. No shoving, blocking, and yelling was neccessary! I would usually let go of small bad service however this was beyond that. To be shoved back and yelled at, they were treating me like I was some kind criminal! I told the drive thru worker(nice young lady) about what happened since I was so visibly upset and she profusely apologized. She didn't need to even apologize to me! The other two were clearly rude and yet here she was apologizing in their stead. I do not recommend coming here! There are some great workers at this location however with those two working there? No.
