On November 10, 2023 went to the Starbucks on State College and Ball I had a young man by the name of Ricky help me with my order, this young man has great customer service. Ricky was very helpful. Staff was nice but what was amazing was that the had PEBLE ICE I've never been to a Starbucks that had this type of ice, I just it really feel like it elevates the taste of the drink. I got a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and was probably the best tasting one I have ever gotten. Loved it!

It seems like every Starbucks you go to no matter how much you pay or extra fee you pay for them to make your drink the way you want it it seems like they don’t look at the order they just make it and especially if you ask them to do it upside down they still don’t do it And say I can give you a straw and you can just mix it like no you should’ve done it since the beginning but it seems like no matter where you go. It’s never gonna be right.
