Got lucky and made it in without a reservation. Rainy weeknight might have helped. Way over the top tiki extravaganza that will make you ask if you are in Disney. It’s that good (of bad, depending.) Excellent food and even better drinks. Extremely helpful staff with rum tips. Everyone seemed to be having a great time adding to the fun vibe. If you like tiki, this is a must try.

$80 for absolutely nothing. I made a reservation for 4 people at Strong Water but learned that members of my party weren't available that night. With 4.5 hours to spare before our scheduled arrival, I canceled the reservation. The next day I was informed that the restaurant charged $20 PER PERSON for reservations canceled within 12 hours of event. The company has refused to reverse the charge, saying only that I agreed to the (unreasonable) terms. I guess cancellation fees are a new profit center for the restaurant. They certainly will never earn my business.

Really cool bar! If you have a large group I really recommend a reservation. I saw multiple people get turned away. We got in without one because it was two of us and they put us at the bar. The decor and overall vibe of the place is really cool. They have a huge menu with something for everyone. The bartenders are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Cocktails about $19-21 each.

Cocktails ranged from authentic executions of classic tiki drinks, insightful flavors in house specialty mixes, and great rums offered straight-up that the bartenders were versed in and excited about. Great sides to pair with the drinks as well. Staff went out of their way to share the bar's lore and ethos, big shout outs tonight to Sabrina and Adam for making us feel welcomed and appreciated. If you are looking for good, strong, delicious, rum based drinks this is the place to go. I definitely had one too many because they were so good ! Make reservations in advance we didn’t but were lucky we had to wait a little less than an hour on a Wednesday night so we walked over to the Anaheim Packing District to waste some time. But the service was great our first server was very nice and gave us great recommendations. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing not loud at all, the lights are very dim which I like. Tik tok brought us here and it was a great choice.

I absolutely love Strong Water. This place is quietly nestled off Clementine next to Requiem coffee and can be spotted by the rum barrel and host stand outside. There is no signage on the building and the place truly is a hidden gem in the area. Parking is in the nearby parking structure and will be validated for 2 hours inside if needed.Reservations are definitely needed for the establishment (especially if you want to be seated in one of the rooms inside). The staff here is very friendly and the service is always on point. Please note that all patrons, no matter your age will be carded upon entry. The menu here can be a bit small but is quite diverse and does change seasonally so always check the current menu before assuming they may have something that is no longer offered. The drinks here are the highlight and being that this primarily a tiki-style rum bar the drinks are well made, strong and always hit the spot. The fried chicken wings here were amazing and cooked to perfection. The hurricane was my favorite cocktail I have had but everything has been great and the pineapple creme brulee for dessert was an amazing choice as well. The ambiance inside is terrifically done and right in line with what you would expect from Trader Sam's at Downtown Disney without having to pay the Downtown Disney price. I am a huge fan of Strong Water and will definitely return many more times to come.
