If only we are able to give 0 stars. This my third time coming to this subway location. Same issue closing time 10pm trying to place an order at 9pm but doors are locked, drive thru nobody there, come to realize they are taking orders through drive thru window. Waiting for 15 minutes straight so I try getting out and went to the main door again but doors are still locked, went back to drive thru speaker and worker said “priority online orders and drive thru window right now.” Am I the only one with these issues at this location?

I'm a security guard for the bank next door and sometimes I like to come here for my lunch break. I love how they are really friendly. The reason why I like to come back here often is that they let me fill up my sandwich with lots of veggies. I'm a huge fan of pickles lol

2 stars today. It probably should be one but My sandwich was good. Took the worker over a minute to look up and address me. I stared at her for a while. Not sure why she ignored me. That's ok. The radio was blaring over head and I couldn't hear her, so maybe she didn't SEE me standing there forever. Who knows.I got a 6 inch sandwich. I planned on eating there. I declined making it a combo. I can't have chips or cookies or soda or juice, etc. I just asked for a cup for water. She informed me there's no free water. She told me it would be a dollar for a cup. A $1???? Times must be tough. She told me the napkins were over on top of the trashcan. I asked her if they were free or if they were a dollar also?I think I was especially annoyed that she just seemed to ignore the only person in the store for like 2 minutes after walking in. And then I was super annoyed that water cup wasn't something reasonable like $.10. Also, super annoyed because I picked that location just so I could sit inside and eat. Even though the last time I was there, a giant cockroach was climbing on the wall. It happens right?Who charges paying customers a dollar for a cup of water? That seems extremely excessive. No apology no empathy. Just "have a nice day."I told him their policy was nuts, and I would never be returning. From the looks of it, nobody returns here. This was a bummer because I came here instead of driving to 15 minutes to Togos, which is far more expensive but such a better product. And has a lot more selection and beverages with their machine so I certainly don't get water there.

I walk in at 4 pm. today, Friday 04/21/2022. All females were rude and NOT patience with for I told them it was my first time and the young lady gave me an annoying face. However, the young and slim male was so professional and patience. He explained to me everything. Unfortunately, I walk out of the restaurant for I felt uncomfortable with the look I received from those 2 females. They both need customers' service skills.

Went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich with mozzarella and they charged me. A $2 fee and I told them I didn't want that and that they didn't have shredded mozzarella they didn't inform me of the charge and Natalie gave me an attitude.I will be telling subway corporate, the business owner, the manager and hopefully they pull your subway license.This is the worst subway I've ever been to.Look forward to talking to the management on Monday Natalie.

This is for both of the employees that were working on April 2nd @ 7:30 pm you are nothing but trash bags.I came in nicely and asked them if it was okay to park my car in their parking since the restaurant's parking lot next door was full; they absolutely had the right to tell me no and I totally understand if it is against their policy but instead they gave me an attitude and both were very rude.Ps: they had only one car in their parking lot and I was not surprised..

The employees are very rude of course if you hire d*** teens, that don't know what they are doing. Being laughed at and discriminated by two of the rudest girls. I don't recommend this location. I will never come to this subway. If you want to be discriminated and or humiliated then this is the place, no respect what so ever.

Very rude employee, (February 2nd 2023) arrived at 8:39 pm and she had already closed the doors and refused to serve me. She said to come through the drive through but I had been walking. She completely ignored me trying to communicate that to her and didn’t even look at me. There is nothing that says that it’s only drive through especially not at 8:40 and especially that I’ve been here before at this same time.

The dayshift manager is terrible, if you order your lunch and ask for vegetables to put in your sandwich, you will get 3 pieces of onion and 3 pieces of tomatoes, and 3 pieces of cucumber, and when it comes to paying, they will charge $12 for one sandwich. Verystingy people. Don't eat there.

Great service.Unlike most shady place it takes coupons.Drive thru is a big plus.
