I ordered a subway club in the app for pick up and they didn't put any roast beef on it. I went back to have them remake my sandwich and they did but they only put one slice of roast beef on each half, instead of the three it's supposed to have. Also all of their bread is overcooked.

Today we did a celebration of life. It was a rather large order, and Paul made sure that the order was spectacular so many people, and made reference to how great the food was. It was delivered to us on time and very organized. I would re-order from him again I would also recommend this to many people.

Quick service. None of the employees have rude attitudes which is rare at a fast food place. Noticed most employees speak Spanish too which comes in handy.

Like previous comment posted they do not change glove's unless asked to.. the bread was really stale and chewy ended up just throwing it away unfortunately

As a business, the main goal is to provide decent service and generate revenue. The attitude and demeanor of the employee named Carlos is the exact opposite of that. My family lives close to this location so they frequently order from here. Now, I understand ordering 4-5 sandwiches at a time is stressful given the lack of staffing everywhere. However, Carlos always pretends to be hard of hearing and is rude to my mother and father when ordering. I've been there when they order and we are always polite. I don't know what his issue with us is, but it's his job and he shouldn't get upset for large orders. The most upsetting part is that after he attends my family, he is polite and greets the next customer. Terrible service.
They give very bad service to me, they made me wait 10 minutes to serve me and there was no one in front of me, it was empty, very bad customer service ?

They currently have temporary hours and I walked all the way over here unaware of these new hours. Only to find out that they closed am hour before I got here. Bummer

The sandwich was good before I walked in something told me not too go in too eat what was at home... sure nuff I got a oven roasted chicken sandwich ate it got home stomach stared feeling a little bubbly end up spending my night in the restroom... the veggies or the chicken must have been bad... won’t be going too eat there ever again not worth 9$ ? 8:22am still on the toilet.... this place is gross. ?
