It wasn't that busy. Showed up 5 mins after the ready time. Order wasn't on the rack. The guy then pulled up the order and started making it. Said it was going to be a couple minutes. I sat down and waited, another customer walks in and he starts helping them first. I had ordered two sandwiches, and halfway I see them moving the ingredients from one bread to the other.I won't be back.
I had the most disappointing experience with an online order from this Subway restaurant. I placed an order at 5:55pm for 8 footlongs and it took them until 7:00pm to complete it. The guy even called me directly 5 min after placing the order to confirm the order for 8 footlongs. My mom arrived at 6:25 to an empty store and they still had not started making the sandwiches. I ordered three sandwiches in advance picked them up and left. When I opened them all of them were made wrong.
