Got myself the spicy chicken sandwich. I got the one right under the spiciest option since I didn't want to spend the extra 50¢. Too be honest it was good but not great. Wasn't spicy at all though.

I used to love this place snd their sandwiches even it's pricy. Today after i picked up my order and got home, and found out that they gave me totally wrong order...I ordered two original mild sandwiches, but i got one hot and one medium without coleslaw...I couldn't go back and claim my orders. Very disappointed...

Locate inside the Packing District, underground level near the elevator. This place is very popular and they specialize in chicken sandwich. The chicken is crispy from the outside but still juicy from the inside. It comes with different level of spicy. Be aware, you should try medium and work your way up because the spice might surprise you.

Ended up going here because it had one of the more manageable lines compared to other places in the Packing District. I got the hot spicy chicken sandwich and it was not spicy AT ALL- not even a mild kick.. The sandwich seemed smaller than your average chicken sandwich. The spices and the chicken itself is decent, but not worth going back again.

Sweetbird is tucked away in the bottom floor of the Packing District but its worth looking for. We ordered the chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, tater tots, pasta salad and they were all pretty good!

BEYOND DISSAPOINTING AND DISSATISFIED SOOOOOO this is probably my 10th different NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN joint I've eaten one and this was is probably in the bottom of my list... FIRST THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE, (regret not getting her name) threw the tracker at me , don't get me wrong seemed like they were short staff and they were busy regardless was extremely rude ... SECOND the sandwich itself was OKAY , not much of a KICK to it, seasoning was weak, only thing that gave it a good taste were the bread and coleslaw IF NOT FOR THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AT MCDONALDS.... 2 STARS FOR THE BUNS AND COLESLAW

This was the worst quality chicken I've ever had in my life. Even KFC makes their chicken better. The chicken strips tasted like they were 3 months old and had a weird odor. It was flaky and disgusting & I don't recommend this place at all.

At $9-10 a sandwich, I think it's your best bang for your buck when compared to all the other $13+ options offered by other vendors at Anaheim Packing District. Their spicy sandwich is not too big, and not too small. It's just the right amount and is quite flavorful too. I believe they use thigh meat, as it is quite juicy. I'd come here again for sure. At Medium spiciness, the burger was just right for me. I think next time, I'll try the spicier version which I believe is called the Firebird? My only suggestion is that I wish their buns could be just a tad bit softer. I think softer buns would complement the hard crunchy texture of the fried batter so much better. If I'm visiting Anaheim Packing District again, I'll be hitting this place up!

I've been wanting one of the recently popular chicken sandwiches, so I decided to have this one. I ordered the classic with hot chicken. The lady at the counter talked me out of the aioli, and helped me order. This was a thick and delicious and really spicy sandwich. I had to consume 2 beers during the meal just to keep the fires down. I would recommend this sandwich, but will probably order it less spicy next time I have it. In all, a very positive experience and great to be out among people at the Packing District.

This is one of my favorite places for a Chicken Sandwich! I can't eat overly spicy food so I usually get their non spicy option- The Zesty Bird Sandwich. I loooovvvvee the coleslaw and how citrusy it is! You have to try it! Every time I have one their sandwiches I obsess over it for weeks after and then I have to go back and get myself another, it's a vicious cycle and one I am very happy for :)

It was perfectly fine. The chicken was meaty, the bread was OK, the coleslaw wasn't bad, it was a little spicy just like I ordered it, and the have more than a few potatoes/side options. It just wasn't particularly better than any other fried chicken sandwich. It did not work together to elevate the individual parts. It was just... fine. Perfectly fine.

Good chicken sandwiches, but wish I got the Spicy instead of the Original. Located on the bottom floor of the Anaheim Packing District. My visit was on a Saturday, lunchtime, in April 2021. I ordered the Original chicken sandwich $9 and my friend ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich $9.50, both with "creamy slaw" and pickles. The chicken was cooked well, with breading on the outside and juicy inside. The breading isn't as crispy as I would like it and felt like there is something missing in flavor... Their coleslaw isn't exactly "creamy," just more sauce in it. During my visit, their system was down. They handled it pretty well from my point of view, but you could also definitely tell something was up. The line was long (not sure if it's because it's a popular choice among customers, because of their system outage, or a combination of both) and the service was not friendly...not rude...but like I said, you can definitely tell that something was wrong. Although I left full, these chicken sandwiches are not to die for and I've definitely had better elsewhere.

Had high hopes for this place seeing all the reviews and pictures, one of my friends even recommended it, unfortunately the two sandwiches I ordered were terrible, the chicken looks almost blue and very unappealing. Which is a shame because it looked so good at first . Don't think I'll be back Pictures are from two different sandwiches

The quality of chicken they use is extremely bad. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Save your money and go to chik-fil-a instead. I took one bite and couldn't dare to take another one. The chicken was full of fat and cartilage. I decided to give the fries a try but they were extremely burnt and not edible. There food belongs in the trash not in people's mouths.
