Signed up for rewards with the app then I had to sign up for Google pay and enter my debit card number to receive my free taco. The final submit button didn't work so I can't get a free item. Nobody told me we had to go through Google pay & enter our card # and all that other stuff for nothing.
Walked into an empty building, with 3 employees filling drive thru orders, after waiting a few min a worker asked if i minded ordering on the self order screen. I said yea, i wanted to deal with a person. (Ive always refused to use these because i want to make sure employees dont get replaced by machines). She gave me a disgusted look and told me it would be a few min then. I waited a bit and just left.
