By far one of the coolest spots in Anaheim! Love their food, ambiance but by far their customer service is immaculate. They are super kind, our server Robbin was on it. He was efficient, knowledgeable about our food and drinks and had amazing communication skills, the other servers were awesome too. We got to enjoy the 8 course menu along with some tasty cocktails. I personally loved the ceviche tostada, lamb chop & crispy sushi rice with prime smoked brisket... the cocktails that were paired were amazing. I loved the "somewhere in Japan" it had whisky sake, flower water,yuzu plum, egg white.10/10 recommend for your next date night or girls night out.

Great ambiance and fantastic service. Chloe did a fantastic job at providing information on each of the dishes and pointed out her personal favorite. The food was delectable and the portions were perfect. Looking forward to trying the next menu!

The ambiance of the restaurant is nice, take me back to the old days. The service was great our server was super friendly, you can tell she enjoys her job. The food was ok I think for the price it could have been a better experience, I've been to other restaurants that serve course meals but we were able to choose what we wanted. It would have been nice to choose from there better options in a bigger portions

So overall, we had a nice little date night here. Just like most chef table type experiences, it comes at a price, but the service was wonderful (thanks Steve and another girl whose name I didn't catch), you guys were great! The ambiance is unique... such an interesting house turned restaurant. It was a great meal, but a little more variety in flavor could help... lots of Parmesan and aged cheeses used in similar ways + the seafood courses all tasted similar to me. I feel like there's something special in different courses, and some stuff that have room for improvement. The egg with the pork belly made us say yum out loud, but the actual pork belly was a dryer texture than desired. The macadamia nut crunch on that lobster/salmon dish was so delicious. The parsnip purée was soooo good, but would it hurt to add a couple more raviolis in the short rib ravioli course? Like I said, some highs and mediums, but overall I was satisfied. The dessert was absolutely to die for though, and a great way to cap out a satisfying meal. Thanks, Craftsman!

Came in here with my boyfriend for the first time and Steve was so nice and accommodating. He definitely made us feel welcomed, we will be back to explore more options on the menu. Also there lemon drip shots and espresso martinis are a hit

Kat and Stephen are the best, the drinks are delicious and food is amazing. The 8 course meal is beautiful and enough food for everyone. Ribs are the best part of the meal!! Kat the server explained each menu item perfectly and made our experience wonderful.

I came here for a night out and thank you to Kat, Casey, Chloe and the manager Stephen for an amazing experience. My personal favorite was the tri tip with chipotle sauce, it left me wanting more. We also got some free shots from our server because it was my birthday. I will be coming back once the menu changes.

I had a terrible birthday experience here. We waited up to 45 min in between courses and the food was cold. Didn't taste great. Seafood courses did not taste fresh. I don't understand the hype for this place at all. If you have a shellfish allergy don't come here they will not accommodate. I will say our server was really nice and tried his best.

We love Casey, came in just for a couple drinks and she mixed up some incredible cocktails with real flair, and her friendly vibe just made the whole experience better. Always attentive and quick with a smile, will be back for sure because of her!

Very disappointed! My birthday reservation that we thought was confirmed wasn’t we weren’t notified that it was on a stand by basis. The reservation system really sucks. Not sure if we will give it a try again. Dressed up, showed up, and we were turned away!!!!

We made reservations for Valentine's Day a few weeks in advance. It was risky since we had not been there before but wanted to give it a try. We were greeted by Josh, one of the owners, very friendly, nice guy. He walked us upstairs and seated us. We were sat in this tiny closet... It must be like 8 feet square... With another couple. No windows and three electrical panels in there. Folks... We were in the utility room. My husband got up, found a staff member and very politely asked for a different table. Her response was super snarky and said there were no tables available, people had reservations.. he said I have a reservation as well.. I got up and told her I'm not sitting in the closet. Another staff member walked over and very sweetly sat us at one of the eight open tables.The food was good.. it was an eight course menu of small bites which seems like you would need about two hours to complete.The atmosphere is nice. It's pretty expensive overall for what it was.
