Map shows a open pretzel shop and we drive all the way over here to find out the stadium is closed.

Love their pizza bites! Even though the main store at downtown Disney is under renovation, they have a kiosk that still has pizza bites hot and ready to enjoy..they also have good customer service.

Consistently the best Wetzel's pretzel. We always get a crispy on the outside chewy on the inside pretzel from these guys. The employees are always friendly as well. We have an unwritten rule that we won't purchase pretzels from anywhere but here.

Customer service sucked. Those workers did not like their jobs. I used to work at a wetzels and it was fun! Because it's located inside the stadium, I'm assuming that is why they don't have a full menu. They legit only had regular plain or salted pretzels and plain or salted bitz.

Wetzel Pretzel is the best in the business when it comes to pretzels . Cinibites are some of the best dessert dish out there. Try this place out if you haven't tried it yet.

I just love Wetzel's and this cart was a great place to grab a snack. They have a brick and mortar location but it was closed [after 9 PM] but the cart offers everything including the spicy mustard that I love so much.

Absolute milk. I order and they say a 10 minutes wait which is okay but then it becomes 45 minutes wait and when they are down they drop it. Then they have to restart another 30 minutes . Fun

When walking around Downtown Disney, this is my usual spot to grab a snack. I've never had a bad experience either with service or product. Come at the right time and they may have samples as well! And it's not too far from the park entrances, across from Sephora. It's nice to see everything being made fresh on premieres. Even to making the dough. Usually we get the pepperoni and jalapeí±o cheese pretzel with a side of cheese sauce. It comes close to $8 for that. Today I tried the cinnamon sugar and it was a perfect blend of seasoning. Overall, I do prefer Auntie Anne's but this is a good alternative. While I'm not sure I would leave one of the parks to come here for a pretzel over their frozen and then warmed variety, if you do have the time, I think it's a better value since they cost around the same. I could take away a star just because the price is high, but relative to Disney prices it's not so bad.

Free samples. Yummy!!! I ordered a cheese pretzel, which is made to order, with pizza sauce. I was greeted by Destiny and Aurora and they was so pleasant to be assisted by. I was that my pretzel would take approx 10 minutes and if I wanted to wait. While waiting for my pretzel, Destiny offered a free drink just because I was waiting for my pretzel. Customer service at its finest. I love coming here and will most definitely be back.

I stopped by Wetzel's yesterday after spending a majority of my day at Disney [as tradition calls for]. Wetzel's is one of my favorite pretzel places to go to, and I usually order a cheese meltdown which they have to make fresh. Our cashier informed us that it would take about 10 minutes to make, which we expected. The customer service at this location was absolutely amazing - a different cashier gave us updates on how much longer our pretzel would take to make, and offered us drinks on the house when our pretzel was ready, even though it was crowded while we waited!

This place gave me undercoooked and raw pretzels when I ordered them. I ordered the sour cream and onion pretzel and the cinnamon sugar one. When the cashier gave me the order I took a bite and it was raw and disgusting. What a rip off and it was not worth getting.

This has always been my top wetzel's pretzels location. Screw Aunt Annie's! The best way to get the freshest pretzels is to go to a busy location with high standards and the Downtown Disney Wetzel's is just that! The line moves pretty quickly and they are constantly making more of everything, so with a little bit of luck you'll be in and out and on your way with a warm, soft pretzel. Don't forget that they offer lost of discounts! Disney annual passes, cast members, and even AAA members all get a discount.

Let's get one thing clear, I'm an Auntie Anne's person. Most of us are. But Disney doesn't offer that option so we flock here. Wetzel's can't seem to get the cinnamon sugar pretzel right. I'm not sure what it is that tastes odd to me. Maybe it's the cinnamon to sugar ratio? Or perhaps the pretzel itself, I'll never know. After many sad pretzels, I've learned my lesson. Only order the original salted pretzel when you come here. It's guaranteed to be good. The dough is soft and the pretzel so salty. It really is a match made in heaven. Don't make the mistake and get daring, just order your original pretzel and be happy. As far as prices go, it's downtown Disney. Expect them to be a bit more than they would be anywhere else.

Stopped in after our visit to Disneyland, customer service was outstanding. The line was long but moved very quickly. The food definitely met our expectations. However, my soda tasted awful but they swamped it out without question.

I would give one start if it wasn't for Philip who came in to help with my order. I'm pretty sure the lady who was initially suppose to help me is named Danna. I ordered two drinks and I really wanted some wetzel bits but Danna said they didn't have any when I could see them from where I was standing. I was able to get Phillips attention who checked for the wetzel bits and confirmed that he could sell them to me. Danna came back to the register and angrily swiped my card while whispering with another worker. This is not the attitude I would want to come across ever again and I'm surprised this lady is allowed to work in affiliation with Disneyland. Attached is an image of Danna. 5 stars for Philip, 0 for Danna, and 2 for the store.
