Not too sure if people know this but I’m pretty sure this place charges more for their food. For example this location Tuesday .70 cent boneless for 10 by themselves is $11.49. I assume they are independently owned maybe? The location by the college and the 57 freeway for 10 boneless is $7.00.As close as this location in the Anaheim plaza is to me it’s crazy the price difference. Probably go to another.

It sucks, so I had not ordered wing stop in a while, so I got in line and was called up by the cashier, I was getting wings to go eat at home, however noticed there was only options for combos with drinks listed on the menu. I did not see any prices for wings by themselves, I felt rushed as I looked up for a few seconds at the menu and asked lady at the cashier if they had wings by themselves. I didn't like her way of talking because it felt like we are running a "marathon", I felt super rushed to give her the order. I then asked her okay how much would it be for the 10 piece wings by themselves, and repeated it 4 times to her to understand the question. She said the price but really fast said anything else, rushing me like if there was 100 people behind me, she didn't even suggest that getting the combo would be better. I got 10 peice wings and fries (no ranch dessing or drink) for $18.49. I go and wait for my order, and decided while I wait I go see the menu with more patience and noticed that the combo that includes ranch and drink cost the same. If I worked there, I would have easily made the suggestion, but this cashier just wanted to rush me to get the order in.Then, while I waited for my order I heard her talk in spanish and easily explaining to them the specials and details of the sales they currently have at the moment. I also speak Spanish so I understood what they were saying. Its unfortunate, so if I had started talking to her in spanish maybe she would have taken the time to explain the specials, instead of rushing me. There shouldn't be a different treatment based off of language. Then it gets worst. So after waiting almost 40 minutes for my food (which I don't mind because I am patient and know how it is in the kitchen), I get home and the wings are all rock and dry. I didnt want to drive 25 minutes to tell them anything so I ate them and struggled to bite the wings. Fries were all stuck together and cold. Fries also tasted old. This whole experience was terrible. The price was high, food was trash food, and whole experience was just awful. I wish they get better management because I ate at Wing Stop in the past and always thought wings there were the best wings I have eaten. Now for one, will never go to that location for wing stop, and two may consider eating somewhere else.

Over 30 minutes waiting for two orders of ten piece wings while the kitchen staff was busy cranking out online orders and others dining in receiving their orders before ours. According to one employee, "it's depends on what you order" who proceeded to walk away and do other things. They're wings. You put sauce or rub on it, toss it in a bowl, and put it in a container. Pretty standard. Two others employees walked though the kitchen to look for our order, never to reappear again. Was finally told our order is next, but when I got home, half of one order had no sauce on it while the other half was drenched in it. Rubs were also unevenly applied. It's more than apparent that my order was forgotten and they rushed to complete it, but what bothers me most is that no one admitted to a mistake, apologized for the wait, or simply said sorry. I guess that's what you get when you employ a bunch of teenagers. Management needs to train these kids a bit better.

From the moment I arrived with my son, we were greeted by smiling faces welcoming us in. The cashier was friendly and got the order accurately. While we sat and waited for our food which was about 15 minutes, I was observing all of the employees interact. Every single person who walked in the door was greeted with a "Welcome to Wing Stop." All of the team members were working together cheerfully. The front end was greeting every customer asking if they had a pick up order or needed to order. The cooks were doing amazing, hustling as fast as they could and packing guy who wraps up the orders was also multi tasking efficiently. Even the cooks in the back would yell out "Welcome to Wing Stop" and I was just so impressed with this store. I can tell everyone works well together. I stopped to tell the bagger of just how impressed I was and he relayed to his manager who was assisting another employee at the moment. I truly never leave reviews but I had to for this store. Food industry is hard enough but I need to tell everyone on this shift that you all do amazing and your work does not go unnoticed! Even my 17 year old son was impressed with how cheerful and nice everyone was! This team deserves recognition for going above and beyond!! Food was great as well. Even after a 5 min drive home, it was still hot and fresh! Store looked great, I just wish there were more tables. I visited the store 12/1/2023 at 8:14pm

Had a mixup my last visit and the district manager reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied for my next orderI called today and spoke to Pedro who helped with my order. He seemed very confused and needed alot of clarification which I explained to him. I placed an order for pickup and he took my order and asked the right questions. Then said ok thank you and was about to hang up without telling me how long it would take, which then he told me. Seemed like he was extremely busy or rushing me off. But when I arrived he handed me my order and explained the mixup which I appreciated Either way I went to pick up my order and brought it back. Got exactly what my order was and the food temperature was hot just like it should be and the proper Ranch sides included. Thanks Francisco and your teamFrom - a happy returning customer

Come on now... the tray was half oil.... Majority of the fries were inedible cause they were lathered in it.. don't get me wrong you usually get it right but damn...

Initially ordered a 15 piece meal for 2 (classic) however the cashier said there was also a 20 piece option so we opted for that instead. Drove 20 minutes home and opened it up and the order was entirely messed up and on top of that the wings were boneless. Called and came back and the workers were extremely rude saying they gave us what we ordered. The cashier who had helped us told us it was her first day so we understood how it may have gotten mixed up due to her lack of experience but the manager stepped in and was even more unprofessional even though when all we were trying to do was get the correct order. Avoid this location if possible, terrible service

This was the first time I had ever been to a wing stop and was NOT able to eat the chicken. I spent $25 and only ate fries and corn, Hense the two stars.I asked for flats only and you get charged a higher price for all flats. In addition to that, the Louisiana run tasted like PLANE chicken with NO seasoning at all, not even salt and pepper. Maybe no body ever orders that flavor in this city!! Typically it's so full of seasoning you have to ask for it dry just to keep it from swimming in liquid juices but none the less it has lots of seasoning just like the Creole corn or chicken! IJSI will not return to said location, first and last.
