Nice new restaurant. Food is good. BUT the young lady at the drive through (tattoos on her arms) was SO rude !!! She talked down to us, acted like we were an inconvenience. She couldn’t be bothered to say ‘thank you’ ‘you’re welcome’ and closed the window on us when we were thanking her. Customer service is a lost concept now days. I won’t go back, don’t need to be treated like that. Just wow.

I only give service a 2 because of corporate greed. I'm from a state where companies pay to have front service workers, not computer kiosks, take my order. And I feel like these workers are being screwed over. The employees were amazing! Super nice and very helpful. My only issue is the damn kiosks. A good business has worker customer interaction.

They just reopened after a remodel. Still the same good food and service.
This place just newly remodeled should be great. Burgers cold, fries cold, order wrong, and watched 3 other customers come back to complain about their orders while we were waiting. I'm very disappointed. Also, you can only use one coupon at a time now. Called for half an hour and the phone is busy. Must be getting a lot of complaints or manager know how messed up it is and took the phone off the hook.

The place Is very recommended, when it Is done with its construction. I grew up eating either inside, rarely, or at the drive-thru. The only thing I would want to eat here is French Flies, I just don't like burgers lmao. This particular Burger King has some serious issues hiring competent help!! The fast food worker NOW makes MORE than the average EMT that is TRAINED to save human lives...yet, these people CAN'T seem to manage to keep the fresh hot fries seperatad from the old ones, or blend a proper milkshake!!! The girl with the different hair color every time I go in, NEEDS to stop dying her hair....it's FRYING her brain cells, and she didn't even start out as the sharpest tool in the shed!!! Unfortunately, this ALL reflects back onto VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

I was getting my order and the food was cold. I told the girl in the drive through I wanted a refund but she charged me $20.00 more and I left without the food and I lost money. This burger a$$ has bad service and if you want to lose money, go there.
