I have never been so mad ,humiliated, in one's life. I waited in line. Iplace my order, I hand this young lady U.S. currency,(silver dollars) She says sir we can't except these! Why not I say, she says,there not dollar bill's I ask for the manager she agrees w/her employee I ask her to read what's printed on front and back of coins ,us currency,one dollar in God we trust. Sir she says your holding up the line. No you are I said ,I ordered I wish to pay I was born and raised here and that's the cash I carry call the law. There more ,but you all get the picture.

Slowest Jamba Juice Ever Takes 25-30 minutes to get your smoothie- WAY Understaffed !! Owner should be ashamed, only have 1 person running register and one making smoothies. Lobby full of people waiting.

I love Jamba Juice , yeah it's pretty expensive but how else you gonna make real fruit smoothie. I love most of their menu smoothies, this location is clean and quick. Had my birthday reward smoothie today and had an amazing service. Girls that work they pretty chill and giving you good day vibe. Recommend this location!!!

I went into this establishment at 8:45 AM and there was no one there from the employees. no one in the room at all. I was there for 5 minutes and called the staff several times, but no one answered and did not come out to me. I had to leave without ordering anything, and I was in a hurry to work and wanted to buy smoothies and waffles for breakfast.

Really bad. I came for oatmeal and it wasn't done. I waited and he said it would be longer and he could give me a refund. So the girl came out, strained it and had him give it to me. It was rock hard. The guy was sweet. Offered to give me a refund. The chick? I'm not sure if she a manager or what but id suggest getting someone else in there. I tossed the oatmeal and was out 6$. I felt for the guy because he knew it wasn't edible. She was hiding in the back. (I think she knew what she did wasn't ok)

The cold brew is so bad. I drink espresso straight daily. I used a gift card from family to try the cold brew here. Cost me almost $8. It's not drink able. It has a thick consistency and and tastes like poison.

I came in today and ordered a medium peanut butter mood and added whey protein and cold brew to my smoothie, in the past they've upsized the drink since I payed for the extras but I left with a medium. Is Jamba not doing that anymore?? It was just a couple dollars extra but it's a little disappointing for the price I paid
