The service was ok. Quick. The food was substandard. Dry. Not as tasty as we're used to from this KFC that we've been using for over 15 years. No napkins or flatware provided. Plus, the cost was so much more than our last visit of a few months ago. We'll be spending our $50 elsewhere. We were disappointed.

This KFC location really is dreadful - I always give it a chance every year and it's always something! Last year I came through and we ended up with a piece of hair in our food and missing biscuits to our meal. The manager or shift lead on shift that day refused to make our meals again so we asked for a refund and she refused for about 10 minutes. Eventually, she did but I don't understand the bad service? Fast forward to today and I enter the drive-thru hoping to order a float and they told me they were closed at 9 pm on a Friday night! This location is trashy, and we will no longer give chances. We will take our business elsewhere in Antelope!

I ordered a K2 (3PC Chicken Tenders) with Mac and Cheese, from the Drive thru. Got home and noticed that they gave me a Thigh and Leg meal, AND didn't give me a spork for the Mac and Cheese. Thankfully I had silverware at home, but how did they expect me to eat my Mac and Cheese, if that hadn't been the case? I use to really love this location, but in recent years my opinion of this location has been slowly dropping. Can't even get my order right, and this wasn't the first time they messed it up.

After ordering through the drive thru, they told us to park up front. Waited for 20-30 min and nobody came out (the restaurant was dead). I went in to check on the order and they asked me what was my order, i told them and after a little discussion amongst themselves they started making it. After awhile i just told them i wanted a refund. I asked for the manager and apparently whoever I was dealing with, was the manager. Apparently the order was deleted. How tf was my order deleted but then again able to give me a refund. If u guys cant tell this franchise is going down hill. No customers, bad employees and bad customer service, no accountability. They need to shut this place down.

Rude lady manager. They are all miserable, or looks that way. Dirty place, this place needs a good going through. New management is a great start. they make you feel insecure about eating a meal from there.

First time doing a review and that’s how bad the chicken was. Got chicken strips too and they were good but the buckets of chicken tasted like it was left over from the previous day. Never had chicken so bad at KFC. So disappointed.

A few evenings ago, we went thru the drive thru made a order- when we arrived at the window to pay and receive the food. we gave them a cash app card to pay for the meal. The employee took the card and swiped it handed back then asked for the card to swipe it again. After the Swiped il add stated it was denied. This transaction showed up on the app on the phone. Said the money was withdrawn but we did not receive the food because of the denial and they wouldn't cancel that transaction. Now we are talking to the corporate office which is giving us the runaround and give us a food credit of $30.00 for the bill of $59.25. now this is going to affect our Thanksgiving and the ability to be. Thankful for. HolidayThis incident happened just a little bit before 9:00 and it closed at 10:00. Maybe it was slow? so slow that the employees came from the back room to prepare the meal?This restaurant does not get any kudos for their service, I'm going back to Popeyes. they treat their community and people better.Thank you

Terrible service - wanted to order 3 family meals and the guy came out and said you have to call it in. A fast food place that can't take 3 orders - went to Popeyes- no problem
