Placed an order online for a stuffed all meat pizza. Pick up time was 30 minutes. I arrived in 35. Went inside to pick up my pizza and it wasn't even started. I waited about 15 minutes till I received my pizza. Baked my pizza at 350 degrees for 31 minutes. Pizza was dry. The meat is flavorless. Sauce seems non existent. The crust wasn't rolled/folded in properly and opened up while it baked. I don't think I'll be going back to this location again. Definitely not worth the price. Even a pepperoni pizza from little Cesar's has more flavor to it and well worth the price compared to this 25$ stuffed pizza. Horrible experience.

I recently ordered an online order. Despite ordering an hour ahead of time, I arrived and two out of three pizzas were not ready yet. I waited, and once they were ready the employee handed them to me they nearly fell on the floor. Horrible customer service. I now wish I caught the employees name, even another customer had to correct her when she made a mistake. Got home, and the pizzas were made incredibly sloppy. Plus, pizzas were not wrapped correctly so pizza toppings were all over my back seats.

I ordered a family size cowboy pizza. And got home and noticed they put it on a thin crust with white sauce, It is suppose to come with red sauce. And regular crust not thin crust, also, the same location in the past did not put extra garlic on the pizza as requested , this happened a few times.As far as the service goes, the young guy that helped me was very nice, I didn’t get his name but it was the Walerga location at about 8pm Saturday 7-15.

We went in last week to pic up our 3 pizza's order . The Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza had red sauce mixed in with the white sauce . We went back in and they wouldn't correct it . " we are closing . They had 30 minutes till closing time still . The pizzas were all wrapped messy . Sauce even got on our seats . Very rude Employees that night .

Well, we have ordered here off and on. Team is friendly and it's always ready. But quality or better yet the pizza needs to fit the description. Pan pizza should be a nice thick crust. Well we got a pan pizza that looks like thin crust. So that's not good.

It's Friday 3:30 pm and I go in to order a pizza. There are four employees. One of them making Pizza orders and three in the back chatting up a storm. One had her phone out. Amazed, I would think one of them would have helped the Lady making the orders.I will still continue to go to this location because it's closest to my house.But I think the owner should know that they are paying for employees not to take care of the customers.

Worst Papa Murphy's I have ever ordered pizza from. Absolutely zero management and young employees there just going through the motion. I ordered my pizzas at 4:53 pm online, when ordered it said my pizzas would be ready at 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:42pm, walked in and waited at the "online order" counter for about 2-3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once she asked for the name on the order, she still hadn't even started making it. I did not leave with my pizzas until 6:13. The thing that upset me was that once they got more employees up front to make pizzas, because it was getting busy in the store at this point, when people would walk in and order, employees that were making pizzas for people already waiting, they would stop what they were doing to go make a salad or smores, whatever the person that just walked in ordered. That is where the lack of management falls in my opinion. I don't hold it against the young employees in there doing there job, I hold the owners responsible. They were nowhere to be seen and obviously they have not offered the proper training. Should you want Papa Murphy's, I would recommend finding another one, because in my opinion these owners are not operating this one correctly.

Just went to Papa Murphy's Pizza and am literally speechless at how rude they were. They handed me my pizza and I said, "oh, that's wrong, there were only supposed to be Bell peppers on half." So this kid, Alissa, grabs my receipt and says, "it says less, not none." And I said "oh, there weren't supposed to be any." She says we can fix it (with major attitude), unwraps it and starts picking them off. So I asked if they could just remake it and she says, "no, we aren't allowed. Our boss doesn't like us to waste pizza, especially cuz it was your mistake." And I'm staring at her...she drops the peppers on the counter and picks them up and puts them on half. So, yes, I pulled a Karen and asked for the manager, who isn't there, but they will have her call me. Then she literally SHOVES the pizza at me and says, "here ya go," again with major attitude. And when i asked for her name she told me with a smirk. No. Just no. No reason for all of this.
