One of the sorriest subways in our area. You can tell this one and the one on Watt has the same owners. The language barrier with management is just Ridiculous. I ordered off their app today. They failed to put provolone on my chicken bacon ranch, that should've came with double cheese. They didn't put my lays chips in my bag I paid for. It was delivered via DoorDash. I call Management, older female Indian lady is telling me her worker put cheese on my sandwich. Ma'am why am I going back and forth with you, barely understanding anything you're saying and you're not listening. I paid $15 total for delivery with tip for 2 sandwiches and yet you want me to drive to you for your error. As I advised come and pick it up, but you're too busy. So, who bites the bullet and lose money. I do, but I won't this time I'm calling my bank, because this is ridiculous. I hope yall eventually shut down after the community is tired of being treated, per your reviews how ya'll treat Us!! We're the reason ya'll are open Always Remember that.

Service is always slow at this location. Seems like they were more focused on the mobile orders while I was there then the customers in front of them. There were 2 people working so I didn't see why 1 wasn't tending to the customers that were inside to speed it up.

Still shook after how I was treated yesterday, after a situation that has been mounting for months. Let me start at the beginning. For starters, I live right up the street and order online pickup on the mobile app at least once a week. I like their sandwiches. Everything used to go smoothly until a few months ago, when I arrived for a pickup and it turned out they mixed up my order and gave it to someone else. My husband's name is Stuart (we share an account) and they accidentally gave my order to someone named Stephanie minutes before I arrived and Stephanie's actual order was still sitting there. Ok, sounds like an honest mistake that would be pretty easy to fix (for me anyway, though I do feel for Stephanie - I hope she likes tuna! ;)This older Indian woman working (who other reviewers have mentioned) kept insisting that Stuart's order was picked up already and kept showing me the tag that said Stephanie on the other order. I kept responding that yes, she gave my order to the wrong person, and I needed them to remake the sandwiches that I paid for. She kept saying it was already picked up. It went around and around like that, and escalated to us both yelling, before another employee stepped in, apologized, and said she would remake my sandwiches. I was so shook by the first woman being so rude and weird about her own mistake that I had to go outside and cool off.Ever. Since. Then. That same woman makes a grand production of making sure she's giving the right order that I just can't with her anymore. Yesterday it went like this:Me: Hi, I have an online pickup for StuartRude woman: [loudly] oh yes, I need to double check to make sure the same thing that happened before doesn't happen again [louder still and pointing at the ticket for everyone to see] STUARTMe: oh, the time you gave my order to someone else? That had nothing to do with me. You did that before I even arrived. No need to make this grand production in front of all these people for this pick up.Rude woman: [reads the entire order from receipt THEN points at my husband's name and says] I need YOU to read that.I snatched the damn bag out of her hand and said "good job, lady".What the actual F? She messed up and gave my order to someone else months ago and ever since treats me like I'm orchestrating some grand scam every time I'm there.It's a shame because I otherwise really like going there. Unfortunately the older Indian woman has wrecked it for me. And I think she's the franchise owner. Lady, if you're reading this: it's okay to make mistakes - we all do. It's how you handle it that makes all the difference. Had you just apologized for your mistake, fixed it, and moved on, I would continue to be a customer. However, you chose to blame me instead (which is absurd) and harass me over it ever since (which I truly don't understand). What a stupid way to conduct business.

Greedy corporate franchise! I got a $15 gift card for Subway and I consider it worthless. I can't even buy 2 of the cheapest sandwiches by themselves for $15, especially because this store (and every other Subway in my neighborhood) don't accept promo codes at all. It's amazing to me that customers are willing to pay this price for bland, droopy, slop. I will NEVER have anything positive to say about Subway. I am boycotting Subway for the rest of my life.
