The last two times I’ve ordered from THIS location since the changes my sandwiches have not been enjoyable. The way they were slapped together was messy, ingredients spewing out of sandwich wetting and making stale bread disgusting. Had to remove the browning avocado. The avocado should not have been put on sandwich to begin with. That’s where quality control and being able to watch a sandwich maker was a great customer service when going to togos. I will now be going to jersey mikes or even subway so at least my food is fresh and made to my liking and not just thrown together any which way and thrown in a wrapper like my last half wasted meal. I bought my daughter and grandsons sandwiches as well and their bread was crumbly and stale as well. These changes were not better for customer, may be better for Togo’s but I bet your loosing faithful customer base.

I used to like going here. This is convenient to go to. They had the daily deals over the weekend and there were very nice, friendly, and welcoming employees there that were enjoyable to interact with. I can understand getting rid of the weekend daily deals, but I can’t wrap my head around why the kitchen reorganization was a good idea. Essentially they turned their kitchen into a McDonald’s theme theater. The customer interaction is only limited to the what you order at the register and when they call your name when your food is ready. You can watch the employees working on your sandwich, but even they say “have a seat and we will call you when your sandwich is ready,” you’re discouraged to interact with them. On most days, you can watch the employees interacting more with each other than with the customers. They could have done this because to be more efficient, but the minutes they are saving each day is costing repeated business. Without a good customer relationship, I’m more inclined to go to and encourage others to go to Jersey Mike’s instead.

I was seriously craving a turkey sandwich, not having had Christmas dinner. I found this Togo's near me and while I'd never been there before, I ordered a sandwich for myself and a ham and cheese for my husband. The bread was fresh, the meat was plentiful, the price was great and the sandwiches were ready to go when I arrived. I'll be back.

As always the food was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. This will remain our go to sandwich place.

worst place I have ever eaten at. Do not and I mean do NOT eat here. employees are horrible human beings they are just mad that they make 14 dollars an hour and don't care about your sandwich. Very childish and very unprofessional.

I came here for the first time ever and waited to order. The two young employees were helping out another customer so I patiently waited, never have been acknowledged. A guy came in after me and they told him they would be right with him. As soon as they were done with the first customer, one of the young girls faced the guy and asked him to order. There was an older lady working as well and she told the young employee that I had been waiting before him. As I walked up to the younger employee, she rolled her eyes and made an ugly face at me so I didn't order, i just left. Didn't get to try the food but now I see why there's so many bad reviews about the rude employees. The employees are going to put this place out of business if they can't even be nice! 0/5 starts. Do not recommend.

This place sucks! Too bad cause the food is not bad but the employees all have serious attitude problems! Had a horrible experience at this location. SYDNEY was extremely rude to my mother in law. SYDNEY said she wouldn't warm her sandwich because it wasn't sanitary, and then told her to throw away her entire sandwich that he just made! Can you believe that what a waste! Not to mention also that when we were walking in they were already closing down and putting all the seating area up and away and it was only 8:45 and they close at 10. The girl who was putting the chairs up had earplugs in and was slamming the chairs on top of the table it was so loud. She also was sweeping the floor right next to our table while we eating. And when we asked nicely for her to stop doing that near us she rolled her eyes and looked pissed and walked away. Service was so crappy I will not be back! TOGOS GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES PLEASE ASAP!

2 businesses sharing a building like this' rules should be followed on each side. First togo's does not have a good variety of toppings for your sandwich. I waswatching a worker wipe down tables n what not but i look over and she uses the same towel for wiping down to push down the garbage. Then, while im eating, i look at the baskin robins side and see an employee touch her face and hair multiple times, while she was fixing an order she has NO hat or hair net on her. What really did me in was when i saw the "no hat lady" go to her co-worker and pop a zit or whatever on her face.

I visited this location on June 16, 2023, and I've never had a worse sandwich from any Togos. I ordered a #6, the meatball sandwich which typically has a lot of sauce. I also usually request mustard be added, which I'm sure some people would find weird, but I asked for it and the girl making my sandwich barely put any. I figured that's fine, the sauce will keep it from being too dry. But when I got home, there wasn't any sauce either. My bread was super dry, and the meatballs were extremely salty. More so by far than usual. The only reason I'm giving a second star is that it was a busy Friday night. The team behind the counter was trying to work together and communicating well to keep the line moving. So the extra star is because they were at least trying to give good service and acting as a team.
