Be careful which night you order here they rush when they are busy. I ordered March 3rd online picked it up. And everything was over cooked dry and no seasoning. I work hard for my money and I was highly disappointed. I called the store for a refund and was told to wait 3-5 days I called twy and was told the refund was never submitted wait another 3&5 days it's now March,21. Spend your money wisely ppl

Have ordered here for the third time this week. We never ordered here in the past and have lived here for years. The new staff is amazing. Our food is always fresh and hot. I always order on the app for a fast pick up. Today my fries were really cold and Thanks to employees like Kenjuan (hope I spelled it right) he I stably gave me fresh fries with a smile and he Really made my night. We will Definitely be back.

Normally I like Wingstop, but they are going down hill with each order I get. They drench the wings in sauce, so by the time you get home they are soggy. More importantly with the amount of money it costs to purchase wings these day. I ordered a 15 piece meal for 2 and when I get home there are there are only 11 wings in the box. I know it is only 4 wings, but I could have ordered a 10 piece and saved about $10. There is no need to short client paying good money.
Got my food, but this is not the restaurant I ordered from at all this one is 4 miles further away but they decided this has to be the one you get your food from, no point in ordering food from them if they decide your location and get it wrong on closest

Placed online order at 5:39 & had a wait time of 21-26 minutes I get there to pick it up at 6:10 & it still wasn't ready & waited another 20- 25 minutes in the lobby. Didn't leave there until 6:40 A hour after my order was initiated placed. Horrible customer service.

Food was pretty good. Fast service as well! But giving two stars because of the absolute trash management. No accountability for herself towards her customers. I was there today and the bigger white manager was one of the rudest I've met and you can tell everyone hates their life there under her. All it takes is a I'm sorry but she literally acted like she didn't care about anyone's time other than her own.

I was craving a chicken sandwich from Wingstop probably because of their marketing. I ordered just a chicken sandwich with no seasonings no sauces plain with pickles. The young lady at the register was excellent as they were pretty busy, and she seem to keep her composure well. I was very happy with the chicken sandwich. The bun which I believe was a brioche bun was fresh and delicious. The chicken was real chicken and it was breaded and crispy just how I like it, I did get a little barbecue sauce and ranch sauce for dipping and it was much much better than a McDonald's chicken sandwich or even a Popeyes one in my opinion.
