We just moved closer to the area from Oakland. Looking for a spot to fulfill our cravings for crawfish. We went here as opposed to another spot we found in Concord. Since this location was closer we thought we try. The service was great. We were greeted right away and sat down. The waitress was super nice and checked up on us often. The restaurant was very clean. We did ask to move to a regular table because it was darker in the back and also the tables are really really high if you sit in the booths. We ordered the Combo 1 and 12 fresh oysters. It was tasty and did satisfy our cravings somewhat. Our only wish was that the sauce was thicker or more saucy. We feel like there wasn't enough sauce. We had to move all our food to the side in order to dip the sauce. Very thin layer at the bottom. We paid around $85 for two. I'm absolutely fine with paying that every single sitting, if they added alittle more sauce in the bag. It's the entire point of having this style of dinner. The Cajun seasoning and sauce! Having plain boiled seafood is easy. The flavor was good it's just we wish there was more sauce.

So it's the only spot out here so we decided to try my man ordered some type of seafood sandwich and let me tell you that thing was so rotten I don't know how they couldn't smell it was old. Garlic noodles sucked. I like my garlic properly cooked and in my opinion I felt like it was just raw garlic not sweet when cooked right.

As a person of color I felt uncomfortable eating here because the waiters kept staring at us while we were eating and stood at the door while I was walking to the restroom and while we were walking to pay. When we were done paying for our food he then moved from the door and thanked us ….. Far as the food it was okay it was not bad but sauce was very thick for the sea food boil.

Overall, Just a great place. Ive eaten here about six times, never had anything bad. I hope nothing changes. We need good restaurants in Antioch. So far Ocean 9 is number 1.

My friend and I drove to Antioch to do a good deed. While driving, we happen to see this seafood place around noon. Our server, Lin, was so friendly. The restaurant was very clean and large. I was disappointed with the clam chowder, as it was too creamy to be able to taste the ingredients which I love in my chowders. I gave it to my friend. Though he refrigerated it, it still caused diarrhea and stomach cramps. We could barely see and taste the oysters inside of all the breading. my shrimp poor boy was adequate. I will not drive to this place, but I don't mind trying my luck if I happen to go to Antioch again. I live in Oakland, so that was a tiny stretch!

I got the bag w/crab, shrimp , sausage,potatoes, & corn. My mom got the salad w/shrimp crab & lobster. Everything was really tasty. Being that this was my first time here, i wasnt sure of which sauce i wanted to get for my seafood bag . I asked the host for a sample of each sauce, but he told me that it wasnt possible to sample without him charging me. The host suggested the mild cajun blend which i did order and it was super tasty! Overall the food is really good it was just a bummer that i wasnt able to get a sample of the other choices of sauces.

This is the second time we have ordered from here and both times we ordered Combo Bucket #2. Came with 3 different types of seafood (mussels, shrimp, and crabs), also came with sausage, potatoes, and corn. This is one of the best seafood boil I’ve tasted. I used to drive to San Jose to get sea food boil now we have one in the area, I’m so glad they opened here.I totally recommend this place. There is an option to dine in or dine out (outside dinning available). Looks like a fun place to celebrate birthdays. The price is not bad at all for the amount of food you get. The service is fast and the people are friendly. Oh I had an expired coupon and they still let me use it. How cool is that? I saved $10 on my purchase!They are practicing COVID-19 protocols so be prepared.

Came here for date night with my partner. We ordered their Combo Bucket #2. It included sausage, corn, potatoes and 2 pounds of seafood. We chose the snow crab, my fav! Accompanying our combo was cold beer on tap, and garlic noodles, prepared with lots of garlic. I was also surprised by the nice sized portions. We'll definitely be back!

They opened last week! I was driving by and I had to try it! It was the best decision! The Cajun garlic shrimp was delicious! The combo basket was delicious as well, it comes with fried shrimp, calamari and fish. Best Cajun seafood in the area! The employees were very friendly. I will come again!

For seafood lovers like myself, the Antioch Buffet has a plethora of options that keep you wanting to come back for more. At first, I was afraid to try this place because I was so used to it as being Schooners for several years, but worth the gamble. Would go again for the food and moderately priced items.

This place, I thought was just like any other kind of buffet. I didn't expect it to be what it was. It's really good. The food is great and I have not seen an empty bin since they are good at keeping the food full.
