Elite Mexican Food, here at Celia's. Once you arrive to this restaurant in Antioch, you can find their own parking lot and sign outside. Indoors, it's very much alive: the music, the ambiance and the vibes are awesome. You are greeted by host, and seated Their menu is diverse, with burritos being their popular plate. But their highlight is truly their bar: beer, wine and cocktails are part of their alcohol. When it came to the food, I had their Tostada Deluxe, which is a hard tortilla, with premium ingredients on top, like your meat choice, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce. For $15, it was completely stacked: completely worth it. I couldn't even eat half, so I took the other half home! With a 25% discount, with my Check In, it was an amazing experience w YELP. A return for me

Been going here for many many years. They have the best margaritas at a great price, and I love their Avocado tostadas.

Ordered take out Chile Relleno and it was horrible. I opened my container to find they packed my food sloppy. Liquid from the beans weren't drained properly so my rice and chile was soggy with bean water. I threw my plate away. It's very disappointing to open up your order and it looks sloppy and full of liquid. It's very upsetting.

A staple of Antioch Mexican food, Celia's is always something I think about and have to have from time to time. Good food, friendly service, decent portions! The Celia's super special is always my go to for the variety and never disappoints. They're also known for their margaritas. Love the raspberry margarita blended on a hot day.

Food was ok. I was expecting better. Service was good. The Mariachi band was a little to loud for all of us. I didn't know that they had them playing or I probably wouldn't have made reservations. I should've checked on their website before booking.

Best Mexican food around, been going here around 30 years and the staff and the food are consistently good. They worked really hard during the pandemic to make sure everybody was safe and the food was still just as amazing.

Good Margaritas, I've had the Enchiladas, Tostadas, & salads, and they're ALL really good. I don't know how they're able to turn out hot food so fast but they sure do! No waiting for drinks when we sat down either. We gave the waiter our drink order, which arrived a minute later. (PS- Get your Ritas on the rocks instead of blended. MUCH better! ) ... Overall it's a good place to get really good quality Mexican dishes that are simple but delicious. Check them out and enjoy!!Parking: Parking lot isn't huge - but it's ample.Wheelchair accessibility: It's available

My husband and I eat at Celia's frequently. It's definitely our favorite Mexican food establishment. The servers are excellent, the food is delicious, what more could you ask for.

I've been coming to Celia's in Antioch for better than 20 years. Went to Celia's in San Mateo and Burlingame before that. Food has always been good until the last year or so. I'm not sure what's changed, management, kitchen staff or what but definitely something. The blend of cheese they always used was soooo good but now not so much. The beef, pork most everything has gotten so bland. Really disappointing and unfortunately will be looking for a new favorite, sadly.

The service is inconsistent. The first time I ordered guacamole the employee who was working gave me a good portion with condiments. I was happy with the service so I returned to buy more. So, the next time I ordered guacamole, a different employee gave me a smaller portion and did not get provided any condiments. The quality of the food was also worse the second time I bout it. The employee scraped all the top part of the guacamole that was exposed to the air. This was really gross. I will not ever go back to this restaurant. They lost me as a customer.

Consistent, good food. Excellent salsa! Cheese enchiladas and fajitas are always a favorite. Staff is responsive, service is always great.
