Great food. Very nice service. One negative. If I'm paying over $30 for a two way rib and link dinner, I do not want the rib slab "ends". The ends are not ribs and they cook first which means they are very hard, burnt and hard to chew. Everett & Jones considers slab ends as ribs and includes them in their dinners. Slab ends are usually cut off either before or after cooking so that the end result (especially if you're selling ribs) is nice juicy BBQ'D ribs and not triangle shaped...read full review
I go way back to E& J BBQ - my friends and I used to go to their resto at Jack London Square in Oakland. Great ribs, great sides, great service - and you get the same here at their resto in Antioch. Order a slab of pork ribs, extra baked beans and some deserts and dig in. Sooooo goooood !

It was good as it should be. Meat was tender and flavorful. I buy their sauce and use it on my own slow cooked meats. My friends would think I ordered the meats from Everett and Jones lol. Done this for 20+ years even before they'd bottle it by bringing my own container.This location sells pre bottled jars of sauce.
