I went through the drive thru after midnight. Seems like only one person was working all by himself! He was doing his best at ringing up customers and doing all the cooking by himself! I know minimum wage is really high, but their management needs to hire more people!

It's just Jack in the Box food. Nothing special and very over priced. For 4 of us (and one of us only ordered the tacos) and no sides and only 1 drink, it was over $50! It's got a menu with a lot of expensive things but they aren't particularly good at any one thing. I went there because my son likes their chicken strips AND that used to routinely make fun of McDonalds for charging for extra sauce for nuggets and now they have a sign they are charging for extra sauces. In fairness, I haven't been charged (of course it doesn't say what extra sauces are so maybe I didn't go over) but when fast food cost as much as it does now, you don't charge for things like sauce unless people make outrageous requests.

Had the worst drive thru experience with Team Leader Lucia. I don't normally eat a Jack in the box and this experience just reflects so poorly on them. She messed up my order at drive thru. I had to drive back to correct it and when I came back and suggested reading the order back she said they dont do that here. She closed the window in my face as I was speaking. When I came in store to tell her that was rude she said she thought I was done talking (I clearly was not) and walked away. Did not apologize once. She has very poor customer service skills and needs to work on it.
