I’d love to see this location take more precautions on their delivery orders. Making sure everything is sealed including the bag with all the items. You never know what people’s intentions can be so pls follow the delivery

You ask for $32 for a bowl which was $11 and a protein shake that was $11 and the rest was fees, yet you can't even provide a good filled bowl. It is half empty which probably cost you $2.00 to make. Seriously! Fees, driver, cost, taxes, and no spoon, with a half-empty bowl. Very unhappy with the results!

The store location needs some attention by management. The store needs deep cleaning. Floors and counters are not clean. Garbage cans has tons of dirt and spilt food on the outside of the can which seems to never be clean. They do not seem to carry other selling products in the cooler for customers to choose from. Their display cases for other products are empty along with no gift cards to purchase. They lack any type Of friendly demeanor when customers arrive to order. I have been to others and this is not the Jamba Juice way. This is the only location in Antioch and the owner/manager should take more pride in delivering a better presentation for customers to visit.

How many rings does it take to get through for this location? I’ve been calling for the 10th attempt to try to get ahold of someone but no one picks up the phone. They just let it ring and ring. Absolutely poor service.

The whole store was a mess. The floor was dirty and trash everywhere. There was 3-4 workers there and none of them were cleaning anything. They were all goofying off having a side conversation with a non-worker while everyone was waiting on their order to be made. The service was rude and mock me when I had ask a simple question.

They won't even bother to do any juice drinks (I.e carrot or orange). No oatmeal. Basically you can only order smoothies, expect the menu to be limited. I've many attempts in ordering juices here but there's always some lame excuse for them not to make it or be able to make it. Don't know if this is a reflection on the staff or the manager for not placing orders for supplies needed to operate a smoothie bar.

I asked for dairy free, the kid at the counter too busy listening to his ear buds says he will let them know but never enters this important detail into the computer or tell me the dairy free options or recommends other dairy free drinks , a min later I watch them put the diary in and then tell me it's dairy free. Wtf huge lawsuit waiting to happen

If one word would sum up my experience at this establishment it’s catastrophic. The customer service is awful and the drinks are poorly prepared. I would not recommend anyone to come to this establishment if you value you’re time and money.

The food here is pretty good, but the service is very poor. To begin, many of the items that are available inside the store or not available for preorder using the app. For example, if you use the app, you cannot order any bowls online. But when I go inside the store, the açai bowl is usually available. Occasionally one of the ingredients will be missing, but they never returned the item to the online app order. This means that if you want to order it, you have to wait inside for 10-15 minutes instead of being able to pre-order it and pick it up immediately. This is a massive inconvenience. I brought this to the attention of the staff in the store. At least a half a dozen times and they have never tried to correct it Instead they suggested I use the phone to call and make a pre-order. But when you call the store, no one answers the phone. I even tried calling while I was inside the store. This establishment needs to be more customer service friendly.

Don’t expect any customer service. Worst Jamba Juice experience I ever had. Definitely not coming back to this location.

My first time going to this location. The staff is so helpful. My açaí primo was delicious and beautifully made. This place is family friendly. I highly recommend this location.
