Sure, the place can get a bit loud, but that's the cheerful chaos you expect. Not fancy, but definitely a solid 4 stars for a satisfyingly nostalgic fast food experience.

If you think "oh, I'm done with my shopping let me just order something to eat real quick from this McDonald's that is right here in the store" LEAVE! Get in your car and drive to the next McDonald's , go through the drive-through, and I guarantee you'll have your food faster than if you had gone to this "in-store" location. I ordered a happy meal and two McChicken's from this location. There was no one in line. I walked up to the counter. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. I stood there and watched everyone move like sloths standing around confused like they don't know what to do. It was really bizarre to watch, and I thought I was the only one until people who ordered after me started getting upset too. It wasn't until I demanded my money back that they got my food order done.

Service at this location was horrible. There were three associates just standing around talking, ignoring the fact that we were waiting to order. A man approached the register, he looked like the manager, he took our order. Those women working there yesterday July 8, 2023 between the hours of 3-5pm need to be fired.

If you're looking for good customer service I definitely don't recommend you coming to this McDonald's it's located inside the Walmart all the employees are Hispanic I was waiting in line for my order when I heard one of the employees talk about a customer in Spanish talking about her parents they all started laughing the customer felt very uncomfortable I who speak three languages one of them being Spanish told the manager it was not nice for them to be talking about the customer she stated to me it was none of my business

The worst Mcdonalds I went to. Today after I get my groceries I wanted to have a meal from this chain. There is a 4 people inside don't even ask me for orders they are just walking passing thru the register. I waited for 10mins if they are coming to register. But no one asked me to take an orders. People here shouldn't work in this industry because they don't know how to handle customers. Terrible experience! If I can give 0 start I will rate this store a 0 star

I was at Walmart this afternoon, and I was craving a milkshake. My surprise was, that the cashier ordering my drink, and another person comes out and tells him, that he can't order a milkshake unless the order is large. I mean, they didn't sell me the stupid milkshake, because I had to order several combos!!! I must make a parenthesis here, because by no means are these people, they were busy. There were no people eating there not ordering anything at the time. It is incredible that a chain as renowned as the It is, their employees have a zero customer service attitude.
