Went in to pick up a pizza and THERE WERE LITERAL HAIRS ON THE TOP OF OUR PIZZA WHEN WE PICKED IT UP. Called them nicely and asked for a refund to which the person I spoke to, AJ, said I have to go ALL THE WAY BACK. Even though we had already drove 10 minutes to pick it up. AJ also said the reason for me returning the pizza would be because I am lying. He won't even process a refund for me. I JUST WANT A REFUND. This is honestly disgusting. He offered to make us another one, but this is beyond gross that I never want to step foot in this place again.

I just ordered a medium pizza for delivery. It was the worst Mountain Mikes pizza I’ve ever ordered!!!! I took one bite out of it, lifted up all of the other slices and noticed it was soggy!!! Like someone accidentally poured something in the box and tried to clean it up. Soooo nasty! I called the store and spoke with the manager. I told him my concerns. He told me to bring the pizza to his store so he can see it. I told him I was not coming to the store (8:30p, Halloween night) after I just got comfortable after work. I told him he could send me another pizza and I’d give this one back. He hung up in my face!!!! Never again, will I order from this location again near Walmart, Antioch. Sad, because not only do I order from here (12yrs), my job orders large orders as well. Not any more!

I got my pizza and got half pepperoni and cheese, and the other half had ham, salami, and sausage. Well, the sausage was undercooked, and so was the ham.

Ordered a medium veggie on Saturday at about 7pm and it WAS SO YUMMY! And the ShockTop Beer tasted great too! Clean and comfortable and updated dining area featuring photos of the great out door and camping. Will be back for more!

Horrible service. Nobody tending the front desk. I had to yell at the back to get one of the worker's attention. I also ordered online for pickup at 12:05pm and arrived on time. Was told it'd be a 5 minute wait but ended up waiting 20 minutes! They totally forget my online order and I'm sure they didn't put the pizza in the oven until I arrived. Avoid this location at all cost!

I used to order from the Brentwood store cause I worked near there. Loved it there, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness of the store. I decided to try this place closer to my home. So far the product have been pretty good but the pizza isn't as full as the other store, lighter. And after spending $56 for the pizzas they got the nerve to charge me 50 cent for some ranch. It's not about the money but it's the principle. I turned it down but I think I will travel further for better everything
I don't know what's up with the negative reviews, but this location is awesome. Staff are super friendly and the pizzas we order have been freshly baked and delicious. The place itself looks a bit dated post-Covid since they took out the arcade games... not sure why, but never asked. We don't ever dine-in, it's always to go, so cosmetic changes at the establishment don't make a difference to us.

Have been here twice recently ordering almost $60 worth of pizza and the same guy gives me a headache for two ranches and only four cheeses. I know it's tough right now for everyone, but if I'm going to go to a chain restaurant and you can only afford to give me four cheeses for a large and a small pizza. No worries I'll head to the others who at least will give out a ranch for free. Just ridiculous the way this place nickels and dimes the customer. Won't be coming back!!

I placed an online order more than an hour before closing today. I get a call from this location saying they had already cleaned up and told me to cancel my order, which is not possible for customers to do. Very unprofessional business practices. I'll be reporting it to my bank if I don't get a cancelation confirmation soon.
