Went in for a bite a couple days ago but was disgusted as I watched an employee leave the restroom and return to making food without washing their hands! Needless to say I couldn't bring myself to finish my meal with that thought in my head. After reading a recent review sharing my experience, I thought of saying something too. What makes this even more ridiculous to me is the negligence to proper practice. Having worked in a kitchen, these things are obvious, but there were a couple people who looked like managers/ leaders or something who didn't do anything about it. Makes me question my standards on food choice lol. I guess they also forgot my cookie, since my friends made it one of the coolest points about going here but I didn't get one with my sandwich.

I came here on Thursday March 7th Between 10:30am-11:30am!! The young man that was working there, Had no common sense! Seriously! He was touching the bathroom key then touching my sandwich with the same gloves! Like are you serious? Definitely feel like putting this on Fox news! People don't wash their hands or change their gloves here at Mr pickles!!!!!!

Witnessed who I believe to be the owner straight up screaming at the employees. Orders from this shop have occasional issues but seeing the behavior at the store means I will never be returning to this shop ever again. No one should ever abuse their employees like that. Shame on the owner.

One of my favorite sandwich places but the staff here is SO RUDE. I've been here multiple times & everytime they give dirty looks, have attitude & just look so miserable, I understand working in food can be stressful but it's the same staff with the same stank faces. 10/10 sandwiches 3/10 customer service

Love Mr pickles! This location tends to get busy but the staff work fast, efficient and very well. I love the variety of sandwiches. This is by far my favorite sandwich place.
We have always had a great experience at Mr. Pickles. The sandwiches are amazing, especially with the garlic spread. Ashley was so helpful today and made sure our catering order was perfect.
