The Pho has been great throughout the 2 or 3 times this place has changed hands in the last 7 or 8 years. The service and facade have gone down hill with every new owner.They need better lighting in the parking lot, you can hardly tell they are open. Just like CreAsians except no crowd. The menu is the same. However I think CreAsians a tad better. Service was excellent. I will be back.Parking: Lots of free parking during the lunch hour.

New management has definitely kept up with what needs to be kept with and we enjoyed the food and service. Tendon cooked to perfection and super tender like butter. Honestly it doesn't' get any better than this.
