Arby's use to be really good. Priced way too high. The portions aren't the same. The quality has gone way down for the prices to be like it is. Beef and cheddar weren't good. For 3 sandwiches, a large soda, and curly fries, it was around $38.00, so I won't be going back.

I don't care what your policies are or whatever the reason is but when I ordered beef and cheddar and you guys don't remind me about Arby's sauce and horsey sauce give it to me as a courtesy like you used to... 1 Star service!

The food was horrible! First of all, I ordered a regular combo meal, and received and was charged for a large. When I received my food, it was all cold and old. The burger was soggy. Lastly, the food is ridiculously overpriced! I paid $21.49 for an old cold, curly fries and a drink. I requested my money back, and they accommodated me with no problem, although the lady who assisted me didn't seem too happy. I drove across the street to a teriyaki restaurant, where I got 2 meals for less than what Arby's was charging me for 1. I ate off each of these meals twice.

This Arby's takes pride in the care of their customers and their restaurant. I'm watching an employee as we speak cleaning the drive thru signs. The man is working hard for his money. It's nice to see. The food here was hot and fresh. The staff greeted me with a friendly hello as well. I don't go here too often, because it's across town. However, the last few times has been a great experience. No complaints here.

The 2 for $7 chicken sandwich with horsie sauce tasted surprisingly good! The guy taking our order was nice and friendly.Inside was clean, and the womens bathroom was clean.Oh yes and Happy hour shakes under $2 were yummy. Try the orange!!A couple of interesting customers and one very loud worker pissed about something in the back were the only drawbacks. Only reason I rated Atmosphere a 4 star.Parking: Parking right outside, with handicapped spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
