I have a love/hate relationship with this place. For sometime, the wings were pretty poor quality and they seemed to hate saucing wings, but quality seems to have improved these last few months. There never seems to be enough staff for as busy as the place can get. The staff is always pleasant, but they seem spread thin. Its not uncommon to find that only one server is handling the entire bar.But the main reason for this review? That awful sound system. It has been months now that it has been in disrepair. There appears to be no bass in the speakers, and instead, they appear to have turned the volume louder to make up for the missing sound. Instead of accomplishing this, you are instead assaulted by the shrill volume. Not sure if its the mixer, a failed subwoofer, but for the love of your patrons ears, fix your sound system.

went to lunch for 2 people, we got there at 1 and waited to be seated for about 5 minutes. where they sat us it was actually pretty empty so i was surprised there was such a wait. then we waited for our server, then like 15 minutes for our drinks, then we waited at least half an hour for our food. when it got to us it was so COLD. the mozzarella sticks we ordered were cold, and even the fries were cold. it must have been sitting for a long time. they took the wings off and we still paid for the drinks and our appetizer. but we wont come back, honestly not my first bad experience here either :(

Worst customer service I order wings and a salad and this is the second time my order does not arrive complete always missing items and their solution is to pick it up another day!!!!!The manager Tonicka was screaming at me while I’m trying to let her know that they should check their orders before going out and have employees make sure all orders are complete. This place has a 3 start ratting for a reason ?????

As we walked in there was 2 girls standing there talking to each other and we stood there for about 3 to 5 mins waiting for at least a greet but they continued to talk to each and never acknowledged us even though we were right in front of them. We thought they were probably on break, but once we got seated but someone else, we noticed they were greeting other people walking in. We took this pretty offensively and feel they didn't want to greet us because we had kids . This was wrong and pretty disrespectful, but hopefully, they will learn from this and maybe find another job where they can slouch and ignore the customers!

The place was filthy. I sat next to three dirty booths for over thirty minutes. There were old carrots under our table. The waitress never checked on us to see if we needed anything. The bathrooms were dirty with vomit on the floor. This was a Monday lunch experience.

As an employee: The managers are very unprofessional and talk negatively about their current/ former employees in front of team members. Rude, disrespectful, and low class. Also, some servers eat some of your food before they serve it.
We had a pretty good meal. Overall average so I would go back. The music was loud and aweful.
