Have always loved the super fresh food and larger portions in comparison to other Del tacos that really scrimp and thank the Lord my big ole iced tea that I get is still $1.79 ... But please just acknowledge me standing there by your register and let me know it'll be 5 mins rather than just look at me and continue working... I watch you guys and you really, really work hard. So thank you for that!! ?

Ordered in the drive through. When I got home 3 min later the fries were cold and the quesadillas tastes horrible plus all the meat was placed in the middle of the tortilla so did I really get a steak quesadillas or a cheese quesadillas with a ball of steak in the middle.

Not very happy with my past couple visits. I placed an online order three times about 30-40 minutes before going to pick it up. And each time (mind you this happend the past three times I've placed an online order through the app) they haven't even started my order. The customer service is good don't get me wrong. But each time I've come in it hasn't been that busy.

I eat del taco often, many locations. I know the menu and what is to be expected. I happen to be in this area with family stopped in for a bite. My order didn't come out as expected. I ordered a few Del Tacos, and none were as packed as they normally are. They all looked like regular tacos. When i brought them back up to the front counter, I told the worker these were regular and not the Del Taco, and they responded back saying I was wrong.. Dont think I will be returning to this location again.

Charged me for something I didn't get and the food was cold. Refused to refund or replace. Used to be great but now it is garbage all the good employees must have found better paying jobs.Edit: update: they offered to give me less than half of the cost of the order to resolve my issue with them. What a joke.
