Great coffee, great people. My husband and I, along with our fur baby are regulars. I was in a bad accident that tragically took our fur baby Fenrir from us. When we went to grab coffee a week later after the crash, the staff greeted us with free drinks and condolences. The staff as a whole are amazing, along with their support. I cannot say enough positive things about them! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Islander? I've been here a total of 6x and have only had an Islander twice. I came Saturday 2/24 ordered one Islander received a caramelizer waited in line for an additional 20 minutes to only get another incorrect drink. Came Monday 2/26 ordered an Islander it was missing the coconut, they took the drink back and then the next one was just pure coconut. I guess they got a little upset amd then just gave me a coconut drink. It's very unfortunate you find something good, then can't get it anymore despite it being offered. They don't even know what are supposed to be the flavors/ingredients. No coffee for me today

We came for a quick coffee after a long day on the slopes we were disappointed and unsatisfied with how a drink that was so simple to make came out it tasted only like ice and no vanilla. The employees were messing around the whole time and not being efficient saddens me to leave this review as a Starbucks employee but no coffee drive through should take over 15 minutes

Extremely slow service for 6 pm, almost 30 minute wait with only 2 cars in front of us. Ordered a blended vanilla latte, and was 90% crushed ice after already made wrong.

Golden eagle chai and golden eagle blended with whip are so good! The perfect blend of sweet and flavor. The walk up window has SUPER quick service. The 2 drive through lines look slow but you get to stay in your car. Employees were friendly and efficient! No seating.

This coffee makes Starbucks taste like it was scraped off the bottom of the Mississippi. I love their drinks and I love their service. Dutch Bros Broistas are always so kind and helpful which is just magic with me and my ordering anxiety. I just wish they wouldn't skip the tip on the signature capture device! Yes some people are scumbags who don't tip, but some of us would love to recognize your hard work and dedication to your craft. Skipping is 100% a no, but even a 1% odd that someone will tip is better than that. Great coffee, great service, great menu. If the lines were a tad shorter, I'd be there double.

I stopped into Dutch Bros drive thru for what I thought was going to be a quick coffee after work. It turned into a 46 minute ordeal for a small mocha truffle coffee. If there would have been a way to get out of the line I would have. The coffee was delicious but not worth the wait not to mention a small cost $5.75 I most likely won't be back.
