The chicken is always juicy and cooked perfectly. Good value and healthy for fast food. We were disappointed to find they have removed the keto burrito, hopefully, they will readd it to their menu.

I absolutely love el pollo loco. But this one has now disappointed me twice. First time chicken was very dry, said okay it's a fluke it happens. But this time. Chicken dry, hardly any lettuce and no sour cream. I didn't check til I got home because I've never really had an issue with any else pollo locos. But this location on bear valley just isn't up to it. Service was fast and friendly

This was the last straw for me, if there was a zero star option it would be a zero but every time we've had this chicken at least at this location it tastes day old, the skin is dry and chewy has no flavor and this time it was cold like they took it out of the refrigerator and day old taste. The last time I will ever go to this location
