Everything 5 stars, the guy who took my order was really nice, and my mom loved the food and atmosphere and said they cooked the chicken better than other pollo locos. We will be driving here for pollo loco now.

Chicken is skin and bone. They pay by the pound and sell it by the peace. Got a pollo bowl. This thing needs to be called the rice bowl. Chicken is not expensive but when you fill a bowl up with rice and cover it with tomato and a couple of pieces of chicken.that is a sad way to scam your customers. I would rather pay a little move for more chicken than be duked with a 90٪ bowl of rice.

Worst service for food got a family meal didn't even get any utensils or napkins how am I supposed to eat beans and rice with five fingers let alone my kid who has to have a fork to eat with because he doesn't have any fingers good looking out there El Pollo
Just left this establishment and is just going down hill I ordered the new double chicken bowl and it's a joke 2 bites of chicken threw in it $11 never again I rather go to chipotle. Everytime I visit this location it's an issue. I really wanna take it back and throw it on the counter

It's decent in terms of food and service alike. There is room for improvement on all fronts, but it's far from a dire situation. On the rare occasions I do eat out, this is a place I consider.
