I was asked to pull up front while they made fresh egg rolls so I did. 5 to 6 minutes later no one came out so I went inside and they were treating me like a new customer and didn't even know why I was there. I had to tell them they forgot me and I was waiting for fresh egg rolls. The guy hands me a bag with lukewarm at best egg rolls. Why do fast food workers get $20 an hour if they are always messing up. Its an entry level job not a career. This is the 2nd time this location messed up. PATHETIC

Food was great. Tea was actually fresh. But had to wait at the counter for a while before being helped. It appears the drive thru customers are more important. Had to go back to the counter for ice since the machine wasn’t working. Had to go back to the counter to get tea. Then had to go back to the counter to get the bathroom door unlocked. Definitely had to wait many times. Next time we’ll go thru the drive thru or choose another restaurant.

I am okay with everything at this site overall. There is one person there I could do without with a crabby personality... but at least they are working for a living. ( this person wasn't there my last visit and has nothing to do with my following answers )
Wow!I usually don't frequent the box.But, when it's late they got you covered.Basic order but mad to perfection.The night crew needs an at a boy!Tasted good, made properly.These days even the basic things are hard to come by.Good job guys....good job.(Double jack all day!)

I went with my sister and my little nephew and we had the $5 loaded tacos and they were delicious!!! I didn't count how many were in the box but I will order it again. Her son loves fries so he ate that. The guy taking the order answered her questions and no attitude like some cashier's do. We will be back....
